These guys were excellent. I purchased a Nintendo Switch via their webshop. Postage was quick and it was packed very securely - not a scratch on it. When the charging dock didn't work, they offered to find a new one free of charge and when they were unable to, they refunded me the value of a replacent switch dock so I could track one down myself. Very professional, efficient and friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to work with me to find a solution. Thank you for your great service!
