Had awesome service at Cash Converters Cannington! Went there to buy a ring and tried nearly all of them on. The woman who helped me was super patient and lovely, she had great suggestions. They organised a resize for me with so much less hassle and cost than through a jewellery chain, and I got a great deal on the ring. Couldn’t be happier, thank you!

Most over priced Cash Converters they are not even will to haggle on the price. Last time I checked they are a second hand store not new. I also found the staff arrogant on a few separate occasions. Not a good way to conduct business.

Sold me a scratched second hand watch for more that a brand new ones RRP. Do your research before getting sucked in by these dogs

Ordered a laptop Online, emailed multiple times about battery issues, they never replied waited 2 months, the screws are not genuine and laptop does not open, the boss says he saw my message but did not reply. Called in few days before warranty expired and they did not want to compensate me at all just told me to send it in and they will have a look at it, they will not refund me my 1.2k on the laptop that came with issues. Do not trust their warranty, they will protect themselves first and the customer later. Be careful.

Absolutely not satisfied with customer/ product service, brought and amp only to realise wrong fuse and missing bolt connections, have similar amp in my car, installed with my mechanic with usual service but couldn't work, went to this guys on Monday 29th explained everything even pointed out the obvious things that's missing, the wrong fuse and missing bolts for connection, not even a store credit or replace with another one.
Definitely not going back here again, you'd rather buy something new than second that much I can tell you, all that hussle. Yeah don't go cash converters Cannington for your electronics.

Bought my laptop for $2.3k and called in today to ask for a quote and they said it would be $1.6k if it’s in perfect condition but when I went in store they offered me $500 wtfff

Just went in to pay and collect my grandmas beautiful jewellery from the loans people. Went in and the younger blonde girl behind the counter was lovely but the other lady that stomped out was absolutely
SHOCKING!
So rude to the point she told me after I asked why the balance had changed, and she said ‘Well I didn’t write this balance, it wasn’t me’ Excuse me! Errrrrr if you dont mix well with customers why even bother working in the store ‍️
I was actually having a lovely day before I went in there

Had a ps5 disc edition pre-order I forgot about but I already managed to get one. Called in and was offered $400. What a joke. It's brand new, with receipt and I can return it to jbhifi for $749. Put on gumtree has 10 enquiries in the first 10 minutes lol.

Had an item listed on their website they didn't have. Told me they had it over the phone, turns out they didn't. I drove half an hour to get it and when I arrive the idiot at the counter just basically shrugs.

Good for nothing people, won’t honour refund for a product that was faulty that was bought a week ago. Had the receipt to prove purchase. Staff insisted that it was working for them. Only super friendly when you’re spending money there.

Hi yesterday, i went that cash converters to sell my macbook. There is long fair guy get my macbook in and offers me $300. I don’t have conplaint with price when i come back at home i see they set password on my macbook. So pls when you go there fully check your device after getting back from the staff.

Walked in today to have a look at car amplifiers and has a lady that worked there shadow me every where I went she didn't ask me if I needed help just followed me and kept looking at me every time I moved my arm. There was two other customers there when I walked in and this lady was by the counter when I walked in but followed me to there I was going and stood there as if I was stealing. Felt very unhappy about it and walked out. When I turned around to walk out she followed me back to the counter watching me. I honesly think if you of a dark skin colour seen as I was the only dark person there you will be judged and labeled don't see why no other staff watched the other light skinned customers that where there just me from point of walking in till I left I was shadowed. This store is sad and perthectic

It’s 4.45 pm on a Saturday and after driving all the way here they tell me loans closes at 4.30 pm even though it says they close at 5 pm and there’s a store full of employees standing around. Such bad customer service to close half an hour before you are supposed to, especially considering it’s still open and they just can’t be bothered.

They have no idea when it comes to offering a fair price for jewellery. Bought in a diamond ring and the man was full of s**t, the ring has been valued at 21k and he offered $300 telling me it was champagne coloured. It's an E colour 0.7carat. Don't bother wasting your time to drive here.

Yes I'm maybe young but I'm not any new to reselling high end things online or in person. LMAO hype high end brands to real golds is what i deal with. And all of it is authentic and got receipts. Make sure you know your worth!

When three sets of land rates hit my mailbox I decided to take the burden off my savings and cash in some gold I have been sitting on for over 20 years. I took a little sample of scrap gold down to Cannington Cash Converters to test them out. He chucked my gold on the scale and offered me $200. Not being a junkie with a needle hanging out of my arm I realised this is not a place that I will be interested in doing business with. I made my way to East Victoria Park and the lady gave me $294 for the same piece of gold. If you are serious about selling any gold, stay away from the greedy low ballers at Cannington Cash Converters and head straight down to the East Victoria Park store.

Hi all went to cash converters this morning to try and sell some of my wifes old silver jewelry according to there advert they were paying top price for 925 silver they offered me four dollars very miss leading advertising was not worth the trouble nor would i recomend any one trying to sell silver here.regards peter from lynwood wa
