Great staff especially the lady from the gold jewelry section (with Auburn hair) wish I new her name id mention her personally, she went out of her way to renew an old lay-by for me which meant I was able to get my gold ring back that I thought was gone forever.

Great customer service from staff member Jake who went out of his way to get a laptop fixed that I had purchased from the store a few months ago.

Very small compared to other Cash Converters. Pricing seemed quite steep for a pawn shop. Staff also not very pleasant. I can't think of anything good to say which is a little sad.

The staff are not very friendly or helpful. They also stand around in front of the store smoking in the morning and stink up the whole area.

The business could really do with staff that are actually trained in customer service.
Why would i buy something from somewhere when they dont even care!

Was in here the otherday have never laughed so much in my life the prices are stupidly high and the retail side of things the customer service was extremely bad. But on a good note i never spent a cent.

The prices in here are nothing short of hilarious. Spotted many items, mostly of the audiovisual and computer variety which are pretty close to the price of same items brand new. Just laughable.

Sold me NTSC dvd's that don't play in Australia - only play in USA and Canada. Australian consumer law states products sold must be suitable for the intended purpose.

Tried to call this store for over an hour and the telephone keeps ringing out. They have not replied to my email. I want to purchase something I saw listed on their website but due to the above I don't know if they are open today and I am not willing to drive over 30 kilometres to find out.

This is a poor way to run a business.
