I just had a poor customer service experience involving the manager, all the other staff were lovely and tried to be helpful and understanding. I understood the situation of the item being unavailable however I did not appreciate the condescending and belittling way the she had spoken to me. It was quite rude and not at all helpful in the slightest. If I had been given recommendations on similar items or even an apology my experience would have vastly been improved upon. I just hope they learn from this rather than continue to be rude to their customers in future.

I went in at 10am to look at some PS4 games, not a single hello from 4 staff members and I was the 2nd person in the shop. The game was $10 cheaper brand new from jb hifi so I left

I purchased an item online that was dispatched by this store. Very happy with the item. The packaging was good, and the dispatch was prompt. Thanks again!

Not been in this store for over years not sure what the lady on the counter was called but when I came to pay for some cds I was completely ignored whilst no one else was In the store as she was to busy talking loudly about personal things to another colleague on the counter. Not a hi how can I nothelp or I will be one moment and I will be with you. She had no customer service skills at all in fact I would say that she was rude and ignorant to how important the customers are.
I walked out leaving the CDs on the desk and have never been back instead going all the way to Winton road where the staff were much more accommodating. I live in Butler so travel out of my way to be acknowledged by the staff when I am Buying am item.
Maybe this has changed in the last four years but that one lack of service has lost over four years of purchases from me.

Disgraceful getting faulty goods without knowledge but they knew treated very inappropriately by Rhonda and talk to very rude.from the reaction of some of the staffs face it looks like a regular occurrence I would never treat my customers the way Rhonda did not happy.

Best CC store I've been too for great pricing to buy. They negotiate too!

The jewellery lady is very helpful and lovely to deal with (short brown hair with glasses wearing lots of gold)

Typical pawn shop. You can find the odd bargan but mostly over priced and can be hard to deal with.
