Cash Converters

Brought a DJI AIR 2s from here online, all I can say is buyer beware. This product when I received, was still linked to previous owner. This means it's a brick, you can't fly it, nothing. Contacted Dji they said previous owner could report it stolen if he so desired, and again it would stay a brick, a bookend. Ask the store to ring previous owner to deactivate his account, they said don't have details or wouldn't ring him. It took 10 days to get here, they want me to send back, they said they would send label, didn't happen, ask for a refund, won't unless it's back in their shop, won't do it when I send it with tracking, even the fact, it's still previous customer drone, I have to wait another 10 days, I was ripped off, this should of been checked at time cash converters took procession of it, contacted Cash converters HO in Perth got yelled at by customer service. Won't refund till in their hands. They advertised it as as fly more package, it came also without battery hub. This sale was doomed from the start. Have got PayPal involved now. Lesson to be learned is people pay that extra bit of money to get new, it's not worth the heartache, you think your doing the right thing, pay alot of money, then find out, it's rubbish. The saying buyer beware applies here. If cash converters wanted to help out here and make me happy, after me sending item with tracking was done, a refund should of been done, after all who wants a brick. Think twice when you buy online, from cash converters, you don't want to go thru this.

A small store with a standard assortment of low to high prices. I did find a nicely prices solid multi tool which at the price made it competitive enough for me to purchase.

There was a decent amount of other well priced items alongside ones of higher prices

I’m happy with the purchase from this store online! They posted the item immediately after I placed it. Also, they used the Auspost with tracking number and updated the delivery status by email, which let me feel safe over the delivery. They provided the tax invoice by email, which is great. The quality of the item is fantastic and valuable. I purchased a Nintendo Switch game. Everything is perfect! Finally, after I sent the online feedback, the store manager wrote me a thank-you email, which I feel surprised and respect. I’m very happy to purchase other items from this store in the future.

This cash converters Spearwood would only offer me $125 for a near new with no marks for a oppo reno z that i paid $495 3 weeks ago and i asked if he could go any higher and he said no, so i went to cash converters fremantle and the lady there said straight away $150 and i asked if she could do $160 and she said no problem, i dont get it how 1 cash converter can offer so low $125 and the other cash converter in freo give a so much better price, What the hell. So if u need to sell or loan at cashies i would definitely recommend going to the fremantle cashies.

Reasonable, if your trading in better to attempt selling it on ebay or gumtree before accepting way less.
