Today I went in looking for a phone.
Frank served me and the as soon as he saw me. The transaction couldn't have gone any more smoother, thanks again Frank!
A note to add, I saw about 3 other workers (all young male) and none of them greeted me.

Don’t usually leave reviews. But notice they had a couple bad ones. So thought I’d share my experience. I say judge for yourself it’s all circumstantial

Went to the establishment. No one greeted me when i walked in. Everyone was talking to each other or on their phones.

I had a quick walk around and hovered around the area where I can be seen via counter. I approached a guy once. Helped me a bit then went back to his phone. They don't have the item i asked. Guy did not ask if i needed any more assistance. Just walked off.

Then i hovered again on the sae spot and i approached again the same guy, still on his phone, and helped me to get an item. I said I would like to have a look at this. And he took the product straight to the counter and saidnhave a nice day. I felt likeni was being pushed driven away from the shop.

Very very bad service.

Morley Cash converters offer better prices and have friendlier staff. Last time I'll be going here

Purchased online from this shop, and there was an issue with the purchase. Discussed everything over email, and completely sorted with no hassles at all in a matter of minutes. No begging, no threatening, no doing the macarena for 5 hours flawlessly (has ebay made you feel this way also?), and no waiting 3 months for a remote hope of a partial refund from paypal. Instant action. Talk to them if there is a problem, they have treated me very well! Not ripoffs, but very good and kind.

Even when there's no guarantee of a purchase, the lovely young lady behind the gold counter is always helpful and let's me browse without hassle. I love gold, I can spend ages checking stuff out, being in the industry myself it's a breath of fresh air not to be constantly accosted for a sale.

Biggest Jewellery range I’ve seen at a second hand store, currently have crazy sales on their rings! The girls were lovely, and good knowledge

I’ve been a customer for over 10 years, have bought things, sold things.by far the best service out of all cash converters I’ve been to.

Rip offs, bought a ring for $550 originally listed for $600 valued at $2500. It was a 0.36k diamond and 18k gold. Was really happy with the design and how it looks. Bought it. Later on had a look, the diamond had a chip, not a big one so thought no big deal. And then the setting seemed to be loose so took it for repair, $117 later. So told them about the defect and asked for further discount they told me to simply return it. I couldn't as I already fixed the defect and it was resized so they said they can't do anything. YOU COULD'VE BLOODY TOLD ME THAT IT HAD A CHIP AND A LOOSE SET.

Don't know if she was just having a bad day or what but they need to train 'Shan' in customer service. I simply gave them my price on an item and the attitude I got back was terrible. I would have paid the price quoted if I had been treated properly, so a lost sale for them. Not good in this economic climate

Watch your prices, as often the second hand tools are cheaper bought new. On the other hand video games well priced.

The 5 stars is for past experiences, not sure who’s managing the place now, but hasn’t been the same place for a few years. Get frank back

Decent shop better than other Cashies I've been to, good range of stuff like ps4 games and blu rays and are usually on sale for a decent buy

The whole shop is a joke I got banned because I made two complaints I understand if I stole something or fight with one of the staff but I didn't I made 2 complaint about the personal finance and now they tell me not to come back a bit rude I didn't do anything wrong and the boss he's the one that banned me what a joke what because you can't handle real complaints and one is about you

Fantastic! Just just picked up Blu ray movies for $5 each. Bugger paying $25.00. Great service. Lots of stock compared to the others.

They offer a much better buy in price than the Victoria Park store. Their interest rate and service are much better also. If you are selling Gold make sure you compare the buy in prices per grams because they are not the same for all Cash Converters stores and Belmont store has the best prices.

Literally the worst Cash Converters I've been too, I went in there and was looking at the gaming section and saw something I was interested in, Stood there waiting for one of the 6 staff standing around talking to each other to come and assist me, I even looked at them and they looked back at me, I get I could of asked for assistance but honestly what kind of staff just blatantly ignores the customer and can obviously see they need assistance, I was even looking at my watch waiting for them to help but still nothing, Every other Cash Converters I've been too a staff member has come up to me and asked "Do you need a hand with anything" not this one, After I eventually asked for help the man seemed to not have a clue what he was doing and couldn't answer any basic questions I had such as "Is this in working order", Terrible customer service, Terrible knowledge of products, Would not recommend anyone going there if you need assistance on a product, Better off researching online before hand.
