SPENT $800 ON PLAYSTATION 5 had to ask 3 times for a bag to carry it and my receipt was given to me out the bin after waiting 20mins to be served in an empty shop.

Sean and the lovely Italian women were SO kind while needing to sell grandmothers hand me down jewlery - even advised not to part with things I heals dear to me, they dealt with a very difficult customer who threw their sign, people in retail should not be abused.not sure why this place has a bad rating as everyone was lovely and doing their best to be helpful.i believe credit where credit is due.

Staff were good; the manageress, however, is so discourteous as to bring into question the professionalism of both herself, and whoever in HR caused the public to be exposed to her. As I attempted to suggest in-store, signage outlining the rights and responsibilities of customers, staff and the business are simple and sensible. The Small Business Association should be able to assist, or ask a grown-up to help you print some off the internet.

Went in today to sell an old guitar. Sean was very helpful, polite and patient with me. Great employee, could not recommend him enough

I went up to Morley on my day off and decided to go to cash converters and picked up this game. Finally got home, in Mandurah, and opened it up only for it to not even have a disc inside, quite a disappointment as I won't be able to actually make my way back up there to return it.

I traveled a long distance to pick up a pre paid for present for my niece. I decided on an alternative and was very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of staff. There was some technicalities with the music equipment I bought and the two guys there really new their stuff and guided me through it. Left happy and no problemo returning my previous purchase.

Adrian gave me some great guitar help and advice. Was very helpful and informative. Gave me a great discount too.

I like staff, and use if needed, or needing to declutter things that might not be suitable for donating or gifts.

Thieves, not trust worthy. I put in a diamond ring on loan and when i picked it up it was replaced with a cheaper diamond. Response I got from manager was do not come back. Will be taking legal action.

Took a pool cue in for a loan and when I retrieved it, it had been cut through the carbon fibre to see what was inside. I will never go there again.

Will not negotiate at all. Found an item new at a cheaper price online and they wouldn't price match with their used item the same. Quite rude when asked also, just a straight out NO! Electronics are also way overpriced for what they are.

Exceptional customer service from the lending specialist Celest when applying recently for a advance. Very professional and a hassel free process. Would highly recommend seeing Celest for any urgent lending needs if your situation suits

Poor customer service. I bought a game in the morley shop, but when i went back to the car, i realised it was the wrong (it was not a multiplayer game). So when i went back to the shop, they didnt want to refund me due to their policy. I do understand there is a refund policy but i didn't even try the game or bring it home. They could have consider it as i was outside the shop when i realised it was the wrong game. The only thing they proposed is to give me 90days credit. I am very disappointed with the shop and the service. I will never purchase anything from cash converters.

Appalling place.offered me $110 to buy my 4Kw Dimplex Air conditioner which still sells for $739 new although they were selling one the same instore for $549 what a joke I sold it on gumtree for $450 avoid at all cost

I made a telephone inquiry about a CB radio for my truck. Well.the person on line was most helpful, knowledgeable about the products.
Patience with me due to my Israeli accents.
The CB he recommended was new and cheaper then used one on gumtree. Also had warranty, get discount if I paid cash. (Win win situation) I get discount.
When I visited Morley shop, my CB radio was waiting for me.
Gina, Tracy, Shai (gorgeous ladies) help me with professional knowledge about how to operate & use my new radio. They also get on line and provided me with all the technical mambo jhambo,
For me with mobility issues. Hearing issues,
Accent issues. I was treated with respect.
I was listened to & all my questions was answered.
After seeing the TV program about cash converters I asked my wife to assist me to write about A excellent service. I believe that people are complaining when something is not going their way. And those who get great service forgot to thank the hard working man & woman that served them. So a BIG thanks to all of my new friends. I will B back.

Purchased an item online from this shop. Because it was a large awkward item, the dispatch team paid special attention that it was carefully packaged for the long trip across the country. The item was received in good working order and exceeded my expectations in regards to condition. Highly recommended store.

I asked for refund on a BROKEN item and they refused to give me a refund and replace it with another one which is broken to very rude staff who don't help

Cash convertor's so called warranty is an absolute joke, if you have any issues forget about It so do your self a favour buy your second hand stuff of facebook or gumtree and save your self the headache.
