Went to ask for educated, analytical valuation by the angry woman at loan/ buy section. Not only was she bereft of any knowledge, she was tardy and late opening the store, then proceeded to take her frustrations out on all and sundry. It's difficult enough in this current climate when, people are in need of parting with loved item's, albeit begrudgingly and, out of necessity, the last thing people are needing is a obtuse, belligerent, sales person again without knowledge, belittingly them and brushing them off. Learn to articulate better, treat your customer with empathy, knowledge, kindness and patience. Yes, they are a virtue. I will never give you my custom and, be sure to let everyone I know, how horrid your female staff member was when, trying to sell gold. If I could give less than one star I would.

The Advice and Service I received was very, very professional.

The Staff were each Friendly, calm, considered and ultimately very helpful to me.

I went in worried I might be exploited to be honest.but nothing could he further from the Simple Step by Step approach they took to give me the best option for me and what I needed.

I Left feeling and still do feel that when I need a similliar Service and Advice that I would feel comfortable approaching the Team and Rockingham Cash Converters.

Very much above and beyond any expectations or preconceptions I nay gave held.

Helpful staff good variety of stock but only if that is what you are looking for otherwise they may not have what you want.

Went it for a everdure gas heater for my daughter. Ask them had it been serviced to make sure it works, they said yes and it was working great. Took it to my daughters and low and behold “ flame fail “ error after 5 mins being lit and over heating.
NEVER trust this people, they lie.
I will never advise anybody to go to this shop. Unlucky their isn’t a minus stars

I applied for a loan. Shannon was my representative. She is very professional in what she did for me. I have applied for several loans over a matter of years. And the girls before Shannon were also very professional. I have not once been rejected. Only on this application it was rejected. Because of my resume which is outstanding Shannon applied again and it was approved. The lady concerned never read my application. She should be removed. So I am very happy with Shannon professionalism. She should be promoted to the next level. She explained everything which was easy to understand. Great customer service after I ordered through the Web-shop. Unfortunately part of the item was faulty but no issue with returning it for a full refund. Very professional.

I am from Melbourne, so I have not personally met the staff at Cash Converters Rockingham. But my experience has been a 10/10 in dealing with them, I could not imagine anything but amazing customer service.
I purchased a musical instrument from there recently and was dealing with Dave the WebShop manager. He was polite and professional in all communications with me (email and phone) in organising my transaction.
I purchased an item which was excellent value for money, but unfortunately defective on arrival to Melbourne. Understandably upset, I notified Dave of the situation.
Without hesitation or argument, David provided a generous solution to the problem.
I am very impressed with Cash Converters’ and David’s professionalism, and preparedness to back the products they offer to the public.
For me, they are a business of high integrity and I will have them top of mind for any future purchases.

My husband and I went in looking for a necklace suited for him and we were then approached by Shejla at Rockingham and she has the BEST customer service approach ever.she was happy, outgoing, very helpful- helped us in every way possible, even though she was busy with us she still wanted to make sure the other customers were attended to as well so they wernt waiting. My husband and I live quite a distance but we will definitely be going back there because shejla and staff were just so inviting and welcoming. Shejla is definitely someone who loves her job and there should be more people like her.

Absolute crappp! I mean crapp customer service. Waited in que 30 mins to loan a item worth $1200 showed receipts of items only two months old. Only willing too offer me a loan of a $150!

Shocking customer service get told one thing on the phone and something else when you get there! There new policy of checking your pick up rate is bull and apparently helping customers by offering lower amounts on loan! Soon this cash converters store will follow canningvale store and be closed! Everyone get behind your small independent pawn brokers who care and listen to there customers.
