Came in to buy a red playstashion stashion 3 the staff went out of there way to help and even show me the console all working kierien there was very kind and help full and as they were very kind I then spent a nother 40 dollars on games from them thank you all

I took in about 10 items of gold to sell. They told me 2 items of gold I had were "junk" and only gold plated. But they were 20 carrot solid when I went to the mint.

Fully aware that your human, however at no stage was I made aware that the "test" was subject to limitations of accuracy, it was conveyed to me as fact and any transaction that might have occurred would have been based on what was portrayed as such. If I was in the same position I would be ensuring the the communication between customer and staff was more accurate, however u appear to be more concerned with responding with a touch of sarcasm as a priority. Each to their own.

Scott and another lovely bloke were awesome when I went in there and went above and beyond to fit a 55inch TV into my car. Scott's personality is exactly what you want in a salesman.not pushy, a pleasure to deal and with a great smile on his face. Thanks guys, I will be back.:)

I'm shocked with all the negative feedback as my experience was totally postive.i live in queensland i bought an item from their online store.the dude i spoke to on the phone was incredibly helpful and totally cool and gave me a great deal and sent the item the same day i paid for it and it arrived two days later on my doorstep in queensland - in excellent condition.he told me if i had any problems with the item he'd be happy for me to return it but i love what i bought.so no complaints here and i'd be happy to deal with the guy at this store who helped me again in the future.thanks mate!

Dont bother with these scum, its all stolen objects, and when proving its your things they are trying to sell they claim you have to rebuy them? And argue against you, dont waste your time and effort on a business thats only willing to help theives.

Very rude staff who don’t know a thing about what they are selling selling stolen stuff and just poor customer service overall would not recommend them to anyone and everything is over priced if you ask how much lower they can go they’ll Offer something ridiculous like seven dollars of that’s overpriced by at least $50

Called up wanting to buy a big gold chain, staff were blunt, rude and not helpful at all! You would think a customer calling up to spend big $ in your store would be well looked after instead of being treated like rubbish! Worst customer service ever. Maybe they making 2 much $$$ they don’t need anymore

Staff are friendly some of the prices are reasonable but needs to be more welcoming when you enter the store.

Called into the store on my way from work to receive a quote on handing in my old iphone. I was given a quote after stating what model I had, and came back a few hours later.

I was left waiting for a while, and once served was told that they had ‘ too many of that model iphone’ and to take it to Malaga.

What a waste of time, especially considering I asked beforehand, in an attempt to avoid this exact issue. Not impressed and will not be returning.

A had many tools stolen from my house located near this store. I called up for them to keep an eye but they said they don't care who sells them items. These guys are snakes. Deal with stolen goods and profit from it.

How they get away with charging more than brand new price I don't know but also being faulty too! They obviously know what they are selling is faulty because they refund with no questions asked. They are thieves

Sold some gold here which was hassle free, they get an extra star for this. But had a squiz at their bikes once and its obvious they are well aware how little the general public knows about bicycles. The prices were bordering on what I would call extortion, higher than what I would charge my worst enemy. There is also SFA for sale in this shop.
