7Went in to port kennedy store today and got robbed blind! Dont see the female with the grey hair.she didnt even look at my items properly and kept making mistakes and gave me hardly anything for my items! She was rude and didnt look like she wanted to be there.also she was almost slamming my items on the bench while she was furiously looking through them not taking any care whatsoever.whats up with cashies lately? Rude staff and getting ripped off, while cashies make triple profit!? Come on guys!
Considering the shop has been closed for for 5 weeks as I just found out after going there, why are you still advertising as open and still showing goods online!

Honestly great customer service, I swear every time I pop in there to buy a game or something I always get greeted with a great enthusiastic greeting and that alone just makes my day. Not only that they are awesome with helping you out and having a solid conversation with. Just a splendid time to be there. Keep up the awesome work.
