Never even put your foot in there. Especially this store. They Sold a car audio to me and I called to express that it was a bad deal since parts missing. The manager was so rude and told me that it was my bad that I bought it, pls go to other stores. Some times brand new is even cheaper then this used items here. BIG BIG NO… definitely don’t advice this store.

Pretty wrapped about my new sax. Told them I wasn't a good bargainer so they did it for me. Got a great deal. Very surprised to read comments about staff attitude as I honestly found the staff very friendly and helpful. I have also purchased a clarinet from there in the past and there was no issues.

Rudeness and surliness ruled this branch. I had problems finding the entrance. It's not at the front of the building, as one would expect. It was at the back. So I told the lady behind the counter that. She snarled at me. Her look was beyond condescending, it was more 'you are a piece of dirt I wouldn't even consider walking on. ' I asked about the bikes and the sales rep reluctantly got out of his safe haven behind the counter. Meanwhile, Ms I'm So Cool just glared at me. I may never return to a Cash Converters store ever again, or at least this one. They need more humour and attention to customer's needs. Always agree with the customer, we are usually right.

It's clear as day the staff do not want to be there, very rude, aggressive and argumentative when questioned about the discounted price being incorrect. The person I dealt with lacks communication skills on a major level and the ability to solve basic math equations, unfortunately they couldn't figure out 30% off $1368 and decided to argue the point. This wasn't the first time we've had bad service at this store either but it will certainly be our last. Good Riddance.

I had a look at the online store for a few items I was interested in, Ryan was happy to search for all these items for me and describe their conditions to me, very grateful for the fantastic service despite taking up a lot of his time. Thanks Ryan~!

I returned a PS4 that I purchased for my children as it seemed to be faulty. The customer service reps were extremely helpful and tried several ways to get it working properly. Unfortunately they were unsuccessful, but honoured the warranty straight away, and I was happy to take a replacement console. All three of the reps were very helpful, courteous and professional and I would certainly recommend Cash Converters Northlands!

Wish I could rate 0 stars. The buys and loans department was absolutely filthy, and the service matched. The general sales area of the store was ok (not clean but not too dirty) but the buys and loans department was - for lack of a better word - seedy. I went in with a $15,000 ring and was told “this is not even worth my time”. Disgusting.

Called 10 times at 10.30am.used all the dial numbers to get through and nothing.very unhappy about that.i will keep trying but very bad for a business that thrives on customer service

Bought a couple of games from this store, and then had this HIGHLY EDUCATED (not) sales rep explain to me their terms and conditions for sale.

This was in regards to games not working and returns and the Einstein tried telling me they will only except returns on their terms and conditions.

I tried explaining to this highly credentialed salesmen that the dept of commerce and consumer rights override their mickey mouse contracts. He was firm in saying no. Difficult trying to explain things to a bottom feeder that wont listen is tough.

Well my not so fine feathered friend go and get an education in consumer law before you open yr mouth, because you do sound, well erm, DUMB. I did enjoy embarrassing you in front of your other 2 colleagues, they enjoyed the free giggle

BTW a fair bit of the products on offer in this store are below par, fishing gear is rubbish old and low qlty, electrical products are old and well over priced also. Go elsewhere if u can.

I really like the greeting they give at the front counter when i arrived and as i was leaving. A hotel style of cash converters.

In April I bought a cordless drill from here and when I went to re-charge it (6 weeks later) found that the charger had not been included in the box. When I phoned up they located my transaction on their computer and replaced the drill and gave me a $5 bonus refund to pay for having to return to the store.

I found an car amp on their website which I wanted to go pickup. I asked them to put it aside as it would take me an hour to drive there.

When I got to the store, I asked at the counter about the amp, and the cute blonde girl (didn't get her name) was so apologetic, the amp had "gone missing" due to theft or an incorrect transaction. She gave me a wicked discount off a similar amp thought which made the drive worth it.

Good range of products, larger than the other stores I've been in, and for the most part they're actually decently priced. I'd definitely go there again if I was in the area.

Rang to check product they had online was available and try a bit of haggling and dealt with a lovely lady called Mary who couldn't have been more helpful
