Just bought an iPhone 13. It was in excellent condition and as described n the advert and came with the box. Deb and other staff were very friendly and helpful providing answers to all our questions. Got a good price and 3 month warranty.

Massively helpful staff with really great energy - if you're unsure of an item, they'll help you out as much as they can and will explain their pricing clearly, kindly and professionally. Great place to go make a few extra bucks when you need it!

Manager was rude.

Bought a watch for the first time from here, I noticed after leaving, it was dirty when I had a proper look (I did check at the store but not if it was dirty as i was focused on the face of it) so I took it back, I did ask for a refund but didn’t know they didn’t do that, they only do exchanges. Which was fine just asked for a clean, I wasn’t being rude about it, said sorry for even complaining/coming back

But it looked as if they didn’t even take it out of the box and just wiped the top of it. I know what I bought wasn’t brand new, as she kept reminding me and said in rudely “did you want it professionally cleaned? It’s gonna be 2 weeks” but that was dirty and could have been cleaned properly at least. They did clean what they could I wasn’t expecting it to be detailed clean, at least the noticeable parts. The other 2 workers were fine and nice about it was just gonna give it a clean and done but she had to say something.

Why work there if you don’t like it? Yeah everyone has gotta make money but doesn’t mean be rude to the customers.
She made me feel like sh for even buying from there

Stopped in with the misses one Sunday. Sales guy was an absolute legend and a credit to the store.
Because of his professionalism, and no bs about the jewellery I was wanting I ended up spending $9k that afternoon.

This is RIP OFF MERCHANT the manager has no mercy i pawned $1000 worth of jewelries and has an interest of 30% in 30 days or $300 monthly.i went there to pay them and it was only 31 days of loans guess what? Because i was 1 day late for my 1 month loan i paid 60% or $600 interest no considiration! U are not helping people u are just aftering money! God is always watching one day ur shop will go down!

If your looking at car audio ask for Troy he is an absolute legend, very honest and genuine. The service in general was great.

The lady in the buy / loan section gave me a fair price for some gold. She stated how much they were willing to pay per gram upfront before it was placed on the scales.

The crew here give really good customer service! Buy or sell you are treated with respect and given the best deal they can do. The lady that works in buys/loans department is really nice and does a spot on job. Highly recommend for top notch customer service
