DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SELL ANY DEVICES BOUGHT ON A PLAN. This Store refuses to buy any devices bought on a plan. I was first told to provide proof that there was no money owing which I did, only for the story to change and be told that they will only buy devices bought outright. THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BUYING A DEVICE OUTRIGHT AND ON A PLAN IF THE DEVICE IS PAID OUT.
I have been a regular here for years! Love the service and all of the help they give me when buying jewellery. Always go out of their way to help. Makes a nice change from some other Perth businesses.

I called this store and spoke to Roy as my iPhone got stolen. I wanted to know if any had been turned in and I said I had a police report number and he hung up on me. So rude and disgusting service.
Friendly and helpful service. I had my items shipped by Australia Post failing as mostly with the delivery. It is sad that one has to rely on an expensive and hopeless postal service. My experience with Cash Converters, Perth was positive and the manager Chris was caring and understanding regarding the postal service. I have bought goods from Cash converters at Fortitude Valley QLD for several years with generally good service.
Recently a man by the name of Joshua Ware has become the retail manager for this store and everything from customer service to the quality of goods has become very questionable to say the least.
In my last experience at this store I was verbally abused and threatened that I would no longer be allowed back in the store when I questioned the quality and functionality of an item which was obviously broken but was still being sold as fully functional although the "warranty" didn't extend to the broken part and their excuse was "they had to make money out of it either way". Yes I was initially interested in the item but did not buy it in the end.
Now I am a decent sized guy and can give it and take it. BUT.if Joshua spoke to me the way he did out on the street away from all the stores cctv cameras. Well, I think you get the idea
