I ordered an Energizer Torch from these guys and service was amazing from selecting to receiving. It was shipped on the next business day and the quality was excellent! Almost like brand new! Plus it came with batteries! Thanks team! Definitely recommend!

Good stuff, decent range, not far from train station. Have to say terrible customer service from one old lady who works there. We usually only come in for games or some of the collectable stuff and she was very uninterested in helping us. I looked at a nice ring one time though and she was all over me. Clearly she or cashies only want to sell expensive stuff. The rest of the staff are great, which is why we gave two stars and not just one, but she should not be in customer service. Makes it very hard to want to visit gosnells.

Their Service is very valuable and you are treated as a customer should be treated not a number.

I have purchased multiple items from this store online. The items were carefully packaged, quickly dispatched, and made it across the country in very good time. The items were in better condition than described. Very happy with the promptness and care taken to make my experience a pleasant one. One of the orders in particular was a rare item and well priced! Couldn't be happier!

I contacted them looking to purchase an item online and just wanted to confirm the freight option. The item was then sold while i was waiting, even though i had tried to pay whilst on the telephone hours earlier. I know its first in best dressed but i was defiantly first in! Not a happy customer.

I have been a customer of the Gosnells Cash Converters for over 17 years. I have both purchased and sold things at this shop. I have also used the Personal Finance Advances & Loans. I have always been treated with kindness and respect by all the staff. When purchasing any item the staff will help with any information you may need and will even contact other stores if they don't have what you want in stock. The only complaint that I could possibly make about the store is that they want you to pay for the things you want to take home. But then, so dose EVERY other shop too)

Fantastic service. I have been a semi-regular of the Gosi store for many years, and not once have i had a bad (or even mildly unpleasant) time there. The ladies at the cash advance have some of the best customer service and rapport building skills i have ever dealt with, and the fellas behind the main counters are incredibly easy to get along with. Vaughn the manager runs the place well and takes obvious pride in his work.
I seriously dont have a negative thing to say about this place (i mean... Id love it if your store was located closer to me, but thats more just my millenial laziness than anything negative)

They listed an item on Gumtree that I was interested in, I sought further information and followed up with 2 subsequent emails over a 2 day period and received no reply!
What is the point of a retail business selling on Gumtree if they fail to monitor or respond to “customer enquires “. For customer service I would rate Cash converters Gosnells “0”, but had to give them 1 star other couldn’t post a review.
Next stop if I can be bothered is to phone the franchisor or store manager.no wonder business fail.

For a start they made me wait in line for 30 minutes just to speak to someone.

Then told me I had to go to around the back of the store on another street.

Everything about this place including the manager should be disgusted with themselves for running a fraudulent shop with little to no care for the people that actually pay their wages.which is the customers that come through there.

The manager the worst human I've ever come accross in my life.stay away from that place if YOU want self respect and have any human hope for LIFE.

Quite a dirty store: the same stock as all the surrounding stores but prices were in some cases 40% higher. In most cases higher than brand new, especially for electronics. It really needs a good clean up.

The electronics section is pretty broad, though that's about it. The staff were a bit rude but at least the prices weren't so bad.

Focuses more on electronics and sporting/vehicular items, and less on games and movies. Quite decent. Though, I feel they've had problems with theft, as we were watched like hawks. Not the most welcoming experience. And careful of those uneven shelves. They'll give you a good bruise.
