1/10 definitely don't recommend wasting your breath.
Extremely disappointed in the service.

Brought a Laptop from another store, which was over an hours drive from where I lived. Was having issues with the laptop and brought in, Clay was excellent and super knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue straight way.excellent customer service, will be going back to Cash City Balcatta again if in need for any second hand goods.

Had many good experiences here until yesterday. When bad boy bubby and his mother Flo. The big old woman. Becomes the judge, jury and excecitioner. Invading privacy of all customers. Searching up on the ecourts portal of pending charges. Then refusing service. Probably an illegal move. Went to cashies next door without issue. M

John, Pina and the staff at Cash City Balcatta are great! They are always friendly and give me a good price on loans! Their interest is cheaper than other competitors so it makes it more affordable to pay your loans and get your goods back quickly!
Keep up the excellent work guys!

Pretty average service, quite literally said couldn't be bothered taking the time to sell something.
Tried talking over me repeatedly when I tried to correct their wrong phone number on the website.

I didn't realize when I bought something from a store it was as if theyre doing me favour, and it's all about what they did, not what I wanted.

And why are you mentioning TNT at all? They aren't your business or have anything to do with me calling your business to ask about buying something.

Beautiful family orientated business. Always friendly and generous with loan offers, and their shop is packed with bargains. Highly recommended for a short loan on quality goods.

Highly recommend cash city at Balcatta and Joondalup. John and the boys are great. And only happy to help. I have been coming here for years and years and always left very happy. I got my item out today and wasn't charged the extra month interest (it was one day over) which saved me $24. Give them a go and you will be happy just like myself and others

20 years next year IV been going to this pawn broker. Family business with staff that have been there since they started hiring. Great place to buy, sell or loan, very fair and will always negotiate prices. Love you guys, keep U the good work

Customer service was really bad guy snapped at me when I ask for discount not a friendly at all I tried to explain it just keep arguing for no reason and to be fair I have shops before from this store and there's another staff member much nicer easygoing never had any problems

Made a purchase thru Gumtree.
They were flexible, Friendly, fast responce, Negotiated on price. They even arranged delivery for a very reasonable cost.

5 Stars a great place I always go there when I need quick cash. Price's are good the Cash City team is very helpful and friendly. Quick in the lines you'll never be waiting around to hock or sell unlike Cash Converters be there waiting for 30 minutes some times up to an hour. So yeah go to Cash City Balcatta

5 Stars Cash City best place to hock or sell items I've been going there for years now and at-less 2 to 3 times a week hocking in and getting out always fast in fast out real quick cash very helpful friendly. Go to Cash City!
