I've been here many times before, and so I decided to throw my friends baby shower here - I didn't realise it had been taken over by new management, the new owner was absolutely amazing, we had a big group of 30 of us and everyone was so happy and well looked after ️️️

Lovely setting. Good food and service. Dog friendly. I just wish it was closer to where I live.

1st visit was great. Great serves andLovely atmosphere. 2nd visit Disappointed as we ordered a big breakfast and they forgot the hash brown that they ended up bringing later and totally forgot the mushrooms.

Have been here several times. Mainly because it is so beautiful! Such lovely gardens and pond, really lush. As a vegan there's nothing to eat, I think I've got toast here with side of avo. Was ok but I could make much better at home for $5, not $25. Drinks nice. One time they charged us for 3 smoothies in error instead of 2 and I only realised after I sat down. I went up and asked to check the receipt, they said they can't, but will take my number and call me later. They never did, so ripped me off $8. Not sure if this cafe has the same owner or is connected to the shop of homewares out the back. But there was a man/woman in there who was really rude. Didn't acknowledge me at all. Moved around me without even making eye contact or saying hi, just ignored me. I'll go back for the odd coffee but won't spend much here.

Great atmosphere, lovely staff and food. At a fair price. I love how the set up looks. Will love to bring more people here in future.

Good atmosphere and relaxing place with greens. But food is ok. Taste is slightly different every time like too salty, weaker, too much garlic and so on. Dessert is expensive, small and normal taste. I don't think worth to pay for food here.

Lovely venue, great food, good staff. The absence of table ordering lowers the quality of the experience. Also there is a constant theme with this venue of not being customer focused. For example no artificial sweeteners for Coffee. The owners are more interested in their own needs and wants than those if the customers.

The waffles are store-bought if you want the waffles you can just find them at Woolworths no need to waste money at the store but the decorations are nice and also the bacon is too hard

I personally know the owner and he is a very nice person. The food is good and portion sizes are reasonable for the price. The atmosphere is wonderful with all the plant. Would recommend

Its a little bit of heaven in Mt Hawthorn. It makes you so relaxed when you walk in and see all the settings amongst greenery both inside and out. Drinks delivered in great time and food not far behind.

We love going to Casa Bianchi. They have great food, generous portions, great coffee AND are dog friendly. We take all of our friends there and we are never disappointed. They now have EFTPOS too, which is a great bonus plus a beautiful garden shop open most days. So relaxing and beautiful. We highly recommend this cafe.

The rumours of bad customer service are true

They refused my pregnant wife a side of scrambled eggs or swap from poached eggs, because they have a policy that they don’t alter their food, when they are busy. They were not busy at all as it was 3pm.

My wife was not picky and she had no choice. She actually loves poached eggs, but she is pregnant.

We had to finish our drinks, cancel all the food for our friend and move down to another down the road.

Shame!

Great place and good menu. Bad customer service just ruined it all.

The service today was the worst I have seen in long time. Order was wrong twice. The waiter couldnt keep our glasses fill. Time was 1100am when they opened. So there was not no excuse.

This place is an absolute disgrace to Perth and the hospitality industry.
My mom and little sister went for a breakfast smoothie and politely asked for no plastic straws, the owner began to degrade her publicly and humiliated her for wanting to use her own bamboo straws. He proceeded to tell her that she will never save the world and that "no one will know about your efforts when you're gone" or words to that effect. He then said "this is my place, if you don't like it you can piss off". She said she'd leave and asked for a refund (for drinks not yet made) and he refused, continuing to abuse her.
I will never be returning to this cafe, and I hope the owner learns some better customer service and manners, because his foul reputation is already spreading around Perth like the plague.
He's lucky I wasn't there with her or he would have heard some choice words.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. I used to like this cafe, but the way the owner treated my friend today means I will never go back. A simple request from my environmentally-conscious friend to leave off the plastic straw from her order was met with derision, abuse and intimidation. It was so awful, and she was so shaken by the experience, that we encouraged her to call the police to report it. If it hadn’t happened to someone I know, I wouldn’t have believe a cafe owner would abuse a perfectly reasonable customer this way. Please don’t patronize this cafe. Give your money instead to the good people at New Norcia Bakery, who comforted my friend when they saw her sobbing after her experience here.

This place is an oasis, the staff & management are friendly & the food & drinks are generous, healthy, creative & delicious, cake selection is fantastic, great coffee. I have been coming here again & again for years & introduced many people to the place. Consider any poor reviews as probably from one of those incredibly fussy customers who are never satisfied. It's my favourite cafe in the whole of perth & has become very popular since it first opened.

Hadnt been in years.well worth the visit for my 50th.our dishes were plentiful and full of flavour and beautifully set out.smart usage of the space available very nice
