Finance was easy and I had my car within 24 hours. A small warranty issue has also been repaired without fuss and Stretch in Wangara went the extra mile changing my wiper blades. This review is quite a bit late, but literally the smoothest and easiest purchase of a vehicle I’ve ever had. From the moment I got there to driving away with the vehicle I wanted a week later. Make a reasonable offer on what vehicle you want, you’ll be very surprised that it will more than likely be accepted. Discounted, transfer fees and had a major service before I even drove it out. I can’t say enough positive things about these guys. Highly recommended.

OMG these guys and girls are fantastic to deal with. After approaching my son Bryce and I, asking if they could help, they left us alone to look around when we asked. After looking, my son found a vehicle in which he was interested in but did not want to talk to salesman as he believes them to be annoying. (Constantly harassing) This was not the case at all.
These guys answered all my questions, guided my son through everything, being his first experience and he was not pressured, pushed or judged.
Well done to you all. I would not hesitate on coming back, this will be my first stop in shopping for a quality vehicle!

We purchased our car from Carz4u in February 2021. Couldn't fault the service given right from the sales to the finance and warranty purchase processes. Moving forward to July 2021 our new vehicle was in need of major repair we were about to find out the true meaning of "warranty". After 8 weeks we finely got our car back after it had been to 3 different repairers, a loan car provided 4 weeks into the repair, the blame on Covid and the fact the whole engine had to be removed. However, Christmas was coming and on the 23rd of December, yes you guessed it our car again suffered the same problem. It is now March 2022, our car has visited two more repair shops, Covid delay has struck again and there has been a train line disruption. No updates are given unless we ring the warranty section, emails to the repairer section of John Hughes aren't answered and there is no care factor given. So if you want to purchase a car through a dealership using it as a one stop shop for your purchase, finance and insurance BUT only get to drive it 6 months of the year this is the place to go. Being part of the John Hughes Group one would have expected better customer service and a "quality vehicle'.

I went in last week to look at a car I had seen advertised, I was approached by Adam to see if I needed any help. Once I had advised him I was having a look, instead of hastling me he let me be and made it known that if I needed anything to come and grab him. I ended up purchasing the car, and after complications with a previous car and car yard Adam and the team made the process very smooth. High professionalism from everyone, extremely friendly and great at what they do. Thank you so much much your help everyone!

Everyone we dealt with made the whole experience pleasurable. Our main contact was with Joe and he could not have been more helpful, friendly and not your typical idea of a 'car salesman'! An absolute pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble, gave space when needed and not at all pushy. Very happy!

Horribly disappointing experience.

Clearly only there for the sale and not the customer or their experience. In the end, pleased I didn’t purchase from this dealership if this would have been the ongoing service.

Found them very helpful and persistent prior to receiving full payment.
Once full payment received I became the persistent one as there interest in me and my purchase dried up.
I am a interstate buyer and was assured a few things to get my business. One of those was I would take delivery of my vehicle within 15 days once picked up. I brought the vehicle and monies transferred on 15th of December 2021, as I write this review it is now 28th Jan 2022 and I still do not have my vehicle.my experience, never buy interstate again and because of the poor after sale service from carz4u they don’t get my recommendation either.just disappointed, buying a dream car like a mustang should be sweet, my feeling is just sour.

Every single update I’ve received was made by my enquiry only. I have had zero communication from Carz4u. I’ll be happy to share my emails with you as proof. I realise you are not responsible for the freight delay, and I have not accused you in my review. But your after sale service, and I’ll stand by my review, has been below standard.and judging by some of the reviews I’ve read it seems to be a common theme, maybe instead of making excuses make changes to your sales team business practices.

Not sure if they are not interested or simply don't know how to sell a vehicle.
I definitely do not recommend this car yard.
I got everything sorted to purchase a car and I'm just deciding which one to go for and here I've been treated like a time waster being told they "don't do test drives" they also have next to no knowledge of the vehicles they're selling and possible alternatives.

Purchased an Amarok from Carz4U in early December. Steve Davies was the sales contact and he was excellent - professional, easy to talk to, honest and diligent, befitting of a John Hughes staff member. The car has unfortunately been problematic since, although the warranty staff have been assisting - and while the issue hasn't been resolved yet, I am sure of a quality outcome - again given that this is a John Hughes group dealership.
