7Can't speak to service as I never progressed that far. Same weekly vehicle price as other rideshare hires but their cars are from 2010/2011 where others have 2018 for the same expense.
Being new to this I needed good advice. Rennie gave his time to explain the facts. I didnt hire a car yet but when i am ready I will rent from the carshed because i trust them.
At the beginning a couple of unanswered calls but after that the service has been excellent. The Camry Hybrid is perfect for Uber. My customers love it almost as much as me! These guys also sold me a great starter car for my daughter. Very happy!
I am planning my uber business for when i move to australia.rinny gives very good information to get prepared.i will rent from him because he cares before i am his customer.
Fraud company. Had a car hired from them for rideshare. Unfortunately, I had an accident with that car. On that day I called them and they told me they will keep the 500 bond for the excess and gave me another car with another 500 bond. Now I've recieved letter from other party's insurance company to provide insurance claim number. I've call car shed and they said I've to pay 5000 excess of they go through insurance. They don't even mention they excess on the contract which I signed. On the first day I asked them about the excess but they didn't tell me anything. Totally fraud company and owner Rennie as well. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
Also to mention the other car they gave me has fuel tank leaked. When I filled the tank of that car for the first time it created a huge scene at the fuel station and fuel station employees called fire brigade on the spot. Their cars are old and not well maintained. Some not even have floor mats.
Update: I've made the police complaint on the same day. You didn't ask me about it. You just told me that I have to pay it from my pocket. What about $5000 access? I've asked you about the access while signing the contract but at that time you didn't tell me how much is the access. Why you didn't mention the access in your contract?
