I urge you NOT to read or take notice of the negative and awful comments, about this Practice and the Doctors & Staff.

My mother has been coming here for many years, and since the overhaul and change of Management of the Practice, Mum is getting better care than she EVER has! So much so, I am a patient here myself.

The Doctors and Staff make you feel valuable, and take the time to listen to all your concerns.

I highly recommend this Practice.

Called this morning (10/08/21) and the young receptionist was just rude. She didn't even state her name when answering the phone. She has clearly not been trainer, nor has peoples skills. I did notice it last time when I called as well, but this call just made me write a review. I won't be going back there!

Dr Menuwanthi (Upa) Dissanayake is an incompetent and rude doctor. Blatantly insults patients whilst making uncalled for and unnecessary fat-phobic remarks. Needs to be shamed herself and put in her place.

We want the old staff back especially in reception.the new ones are rude and dont know what there doing.the doctors are always late especially Dr nagree, longest Ive had to wait for him was 1 hour! Ridiculous hes never on time never! All Dr's start of good then as soon as they get populer they otomatically lack in service. Thanks but no thanks.

The receptionists is very rude and gives short information or answers over the phone with a very rude manner.

CMC has a lovely psychologist - Tanya Isle who has been of great help! Would definitely recommend.

I called 10/21/2020 and told them. My daughter is 7 months old
She does not sleep with her ears hurting and she needs an emergency appointment. The information officer answered that there is no vacancy at her. Doctors, they never feel sick like you are a female Information Officer failure

My mum has been visiting the clinic for a few years and is very happy with service with Dr Nagree. Dr Nagree is very experienced and cares for patients. Sometime he can be late but it is worth it because he takes his time with us. I also like to give big thank you to nurse Maria. We come to the clinic a few weeks ago and she help educated us to understand my mum health problems and help me understand more about diabetes. Nurse Maria was very patient, always smiling and showed good interest for us. She offered extra help if we needed. We are very happy with the service. Thank you so very much!

Incompetent Doctors, unfriendly receptionists. An old woman in reception is particularly rude and obnoxious. Lack of professionalism and a friendly attitude is what you can expect here!

Long wait times doctor Danny can be very disrespectful office staff rude old lady has been replaced with a Indian girl who can't talk English this place has been going down hill for years

Been going here all my life. Drs lack confidentiality. Disappointed. Best advice i was given after follow up visit was "go to charles gardiner ER". Least they had test results back in time.
On better side the nurse here is brilliant. Second to none.
Dr Danny (not the Dr above, Dr Danny owns the joint now), you may want to contact me to resolve the confidentiality issue. You have my details. I'm looking for a new clinic.

The reception minimized communication and rude attitude. It's really getting bad here, need to change management again. I dont recommend here

Yes reception ladies need to improve but the Pathology lady is abrupt and rude and a smile wouldn't kill you

I was in the centre today with a client and witnessed a high level of customer service. The two ladies working on the reception desk were extremely busy, however they went the extra mile to assist an elderly and very confused patient. They were so friendly and kind towards him. Really nice to see.

I’ve never experienced such a lack of professional service from the counter staff. Seriously, she was utterly incompetent. Was blathering personal details across the waiting room, couldn’t work out our postcode, we booked online and got a phone call 15 mins before to say the doctor wasn’t available and it had to be moved, made us pay as she couldn’t find our address in the system to bulk bill us.do not recommend the practice. The doctor (polish guy) was good.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Mum came in for a 9: 30 am appointment and got to see the doctor 2 hours later. Mum is a new patient so the lady had to make a new account. She was quite old and did not understand computers from my understanding as she need to get assistance and call someone from her phone to help her make a new account. She was saying there was a problem with my mum's medicare account so we needed to pay. Won't be going back to this health centre again.
