Great camp and Management make you feel like your at home the ESS managers really focus on customer service and are always friendly and approachable.small enough camp to see familiar faces whether you have a shirt or services contractor you made to feel as if you are one team.that is rare in mining these days! In larger operations.

I haven't been to a lot of mining camps but me likey.
Big kitchen with lots of lunch options. Two decent gyms and even a designated and signed running track

Food is good, midstrength alcohol is over priced just like every other camp but ESS cleaning staff need realise that the miners work both day and night.

It was really fun driving but it’s a private road I have visited in the winter and can’t drive because gravel roads

Decent Camp, Decent food and really good amenities. Had recent upgrades that make a difference.

The only thing you will get is taunting, bullying, feel like you are in prison, harassment etc.

Neat, clean and the food is good. For a mining camp, I have stayed at Hotels that didn't rate as highly or the food was as good. It makes a difference if one is stuck there for a week or 3.

Wow. Where to start with this "gem". No phone reception. They advertise they fix water leaks yet spend a couple of hours there and you will find 5 leaks. They have shared bathrooms so you need to awkwardly work out a shower routine with your fellow neighbour. Laundries are scattered around the place and ever single one will have wet washing in them that seems to stay there for days. Lighting is extremely non existent in some areas and the shop is one of the few in the bush that actually makes a profit.
Did I mention that the food is horrible
