Katherine helped us to design my beautiful engagement ring. From picking the diamond to working through price and design specs she was there to answer any questions we had, my ring turned out more beautiful than I ever imagined and we are so lucky to have found Katherine and Carmen Jewellers. We can’t wait to come back for our wedding bands!

I took my watch to this store after being tricked by an Indian jeweller at Mirrabooka store. He couldn't realise that the way the watch was linked meant it was falling apart! Wanted to charge me $321 to fix it! All I wanted was a little mark removed.
The woman at Midland was very professional, recognised that the watch was ok and didn't need fixing. Great service from Midland.

Absolutely fantastic service. The customer service from the director over email and the gentlemen Riddhish in the Midland store was the best service I’ve probably received in forever. The quality of workmanship in resizing two very expensive and intricate rings, with an overnight timeframe as an emergency before my wedding, was exceptional. The experience I have had with Poonam and Riddhish is equal to none. I have only been purchasing from Carnen Jewellers in Midland for a year and have bought 2 diamonds, had a ring repaired and ordered a custom ring based on a model they had on display. The diamonds are fabulous with cert.of authenticity and the repaired ring looked better than new.thank you Poonan. In relation to the custom ordered ring, I had two major hiccups but Riddhish listened and advised and took it upon himself to ensure I was fully satisfied before releasing the item. Needless to say, this ring is exquisite and totally to my liking now. I appreciate his help and the extent he went to for me to be totally satisfied. His manner and his expertise was totally professional and warm at the same time. I commend him and Poonam for their level of care and understanding and the wish to have complete customer satisfaction. My partner is now seeking Riddhish's advice in making a personalised ring of their own design.
