Had my grandmother's 18ct engagement ring made bigger just before Christmas. Noticed last night that the join had split and it looks as though, instead of adding more gold, they have just stretched the existing ring and made it weaker and thinner. Very dissatisfied.
After reading some other reviews, it seems that they take no responsibility for shoddy workmanship, so I will be taking it to a lovely jeweller in Warwick shopping centre to have the job done properly.

Carmen Jewellers were very helpful and tolerant as we figured out the payment details. They were also very helpful about suggestions for settings for the stones. Then to top it all off when we picked them up, on my birthday, they gave me a lovely box of Lindt chocolates. Great service from lovely people. Thank you.
