Caring Pharmacy Carlisle

As a local I would prefer to support my pharmacy than the big chains and I have no problem paying a little more but it doesn’t help when I’m charged $17 for a basic antibiotic that costs just over $6 at Chemist Warehouse. I even called beforehand to see how much it would be and was told $7.30 which was fine, however when I arrived and upon payment it was suddenly $17.

This is not the first time this has happened either, hence me calling up first to clarify pricing. I’m tired of being over charged for basic medications. It’s not on. Back to Chemist Warehouse in future.

I love the staff here. I'm a long-term patron and local, and I can't fault them.

Best pharmacy ever - being an oldie its great to know I dont have to check everything - it is then checking - especially that the Drs have it right - really friendly. I couldn't do without them.

Absolute patience of a saint. Went above and beyond for customer service for parcel assistance. Will be back for medical needs as dealing with them was such a great experience. Thank you ladies!

The Pharmacists and staff who work at this chemist are very professional, very helpful and always give you several options in regard to your medication if their home brand is cheaper and does the same thing. I go there every day and am always greeted with a welcoming smile and greeting.
Trust Caring Pharmacy at Carlisle cause they do care. Since COVID Paul Lai the owner has vaccinated me with my booster. I trust the staff at Caring Pharmacy so much that since moving from Carlisle and have 4 closer pharmacies I go to Caring. Try them out they are great

Haven’t been there since it re opened. But maybe they should bring The OPEN sandwich board when closed.

Just visited this chemist for covid face masks. Paid $18 for TWO cloth masks after the latest WA Covid announcement. Two masks for $18, you work it out! Unacceptable!

Regular customer with scripts on file - multiple members of the team neglected to communicate with me that my most vital medication was out of stock. If I didn't check in with them they would have just let me run out?

Caring Pharmacy is a very apt name. Paul and his entire Team are always prepared to go the extra mile to offer caring and considerate service and advice to all of their clients. They are also great supporters of the local community. 5 stars all the way!

Love this chemist. Have been going here for years. The staff are amazing people who I actually consider friends. They are always so helpful and are willing to go that extra mile to make you feel comfortable. They are always make you feel welcome and will happily take the time to explain the medications you may be required to take. Can not recommend this place enough. They have just moved into the freshly built place next door and it looks fantastic. If you live in the area please support this wonderful chemist.

Super friendly staff. Switched to here a few years ago from the bigger chemists and I am beyond pleased with them.

I have used Caring Pharmacy in carlisle since moving to the area in 2014. Paul and the team have always gone above and beyond to ensure my families health needs are met - including ordering in medications and supplies not usually stocked and being super flexible with organising vaccinations.

The staff are always friendly and remember my family - a fantastic local pharmacy!

Gave me the wrong dosage of medication; don't go here if you have a script for 2 boxes as they will force you to come back another time.that or force you to take a no-name brand

This is a friendly well run store, conveniently located for MY needs they try to have or get in exactly what you need

Recently moved to Carlisle. Neighbour recommended me to come to this pharmacy. To my surprise, staff was very helpful and even offer delivery services if my children are sick and if i'm unable to come to the pharmacy.
EXCELLENT SERVICE FOR A COMMUNITY PHARMACY!

Very disappointed, rude senior staffs, showing too much attitude, ruining the image of the pharmacy. Charging $3 for stick tape (money is not the matter) but her attitude was really rude and make the customer feel like they begging for her to use it

My husband burn himself at home and couldn't go to the store due to pain (I was not home when it happened). He rung and received helpful, sympathetic advice over the phone from the pharmacy.
