Phenomenal service, friendly and very informative staff.
Staff are more than happy to explain the differences between different kinds of fish tank set ups.
Great advice regarding how many fish, what fish are compatible and suggestions on how to set up the tank to meet my wants and needs.
Staff are not pushy salespeople, would rather give you advice instead of selling you goods for the sake of selling.

The two guys at this store are the best! So nice and so helpful. You have a super good variation of products too at great prices. Also I love that you rescue kittens and want what is best for animals! Super nice guys!

This little shop is fantastic! Great customer service. I went in with my 2 kelpies looking for 2x muzzles and 2x jackets, but unfortunately they only had 1 muzzle and no jackets in the size I needed. Wade ordered them for me and they arrived within a couple of days. Even though this store is around 20mins from me, I will definitely head back if I need any further accessories for my dogs.

The worker was so nice and helpful, all fish looked healthy and tanks where in pristine condition.

Guys are always friendly and let the kids put their fingers all over the tanks! Haha! But we have since bought a few fish from there and service is always decent and helpful.

Only ordered online from Carine, but always well packed, priced, and occasionally freebies on larger orders.

This shop is super cute and knowledgeable! Really helpful and friendly staff that were funny and informative! If you have honest questions they answer truthfully, definitely better than any petbarn or city farmers, cus the fish are actually alive and well!

Visited the store today to check out the african cichlids. Ryan the store manager was extremely knowledgeable, honest and helpful in his advice. Brought a nice male benga peacock from him and look forward to visiting the store again in the future. Cameron

Adopted my first kitten here, they have great service! The shopkeeper Wade is a Legend, great service, very transparent with information on adopting. So far I adopted 2 kittens and I find out that there are well litter trained than my other cat which I adopted somewhere else! Recommend for anyone interested in finding a pet

Highly recommend the guys at Carine Pet Central, small store but they are extremely accommodating and will go the extra mile to help anyone out and specially order something in for you. I'd been shopping around the major aquarium stores in Perth for a few weeks looking for some specific fish stock for a new aquarium and wasn't having any luck with any of them. The guys from Carine Pet Central offered to specially order the fish in for me, offering competitive prices and customer service that the others stores I visited could only aspire to. Can't recommend these guys enough.

I was looking for a pet shop around the area & Carine pet central came up & thought I’ll check them out from all the reviews. I needed my fish water check & to buy another goldfish. The guy at the store you knew what he was talking about & gave me great advice. Highly recommended coming here & supporting a local business instead on the big chains who don’t know much

Love this place.the 2 guys who own this place are 2 of the most dedicated animal lovers I have ever met.know them for the help they have given & are still giving to friends.keep up the terrific work.

Always bought high quality healthy fish from here. Shop is clean, neat and tidy, staff seem always friendly, helpful and experienced with their advice and their prices are good. Aquariums & fish look well maintained, from memory their fish range has Discus, Plenty of Cichlids & Peacocks, Axolotl Walking Fish, Angelfish, Gourami, Ghostknife & Sharks, Tetra & Guppy, Loaches, Snails, Pleco's & Bristlenose, Molly's & Platty's, many different Goldfish and some awesome Betta fighting fish including some rare one's you don't see elsewhere. They carry aquatic brands such as API, Fluval, Aqua One and have live plants too. Hard to find a fault with this store and can see why they are busy and why people like shopping here (myself included).

I have always found them to be very helpful and friendly. Good range of products and at really good prices too, possibly the cheapest prices I have come across. Love their fighting fish setup, always looks clean and the fish look healthy.
