Terrible service in this IGA tonight. The store refused to refund because my son accidentally bought casserole steak ($22.50 per kg for cheap meat) l. My card had been chewed earlier and we had only change. He left store in tears without a receipt which he swears he wasn’t offered or given. It is our right to receive or if nit be issued a reprint. Karin’a on duty said she couldn’t as too many customers after even though it was within 15 minutes snd we are still in tge car park. Now I have $6.05 worth of tge most expensive 250g of chuck steak in town. Are us previously very loyal customers to be refused refund for no receipt when we always get receipts is a hard pill to swallow!

Good IGA, a bit small but I guess that is difficult to change. Normal selection of products, missing a bit of excitement.

Very unimpressed I was, my cherry tomatoes were rotten the next day after purchase, too cramped, too busy, parking a disgrace, not recommended by me, drive on by!

Always a great store. Even better since it was extended. Always plenty of stock on the shelf, very clean and tidy. Customer facing stock always well presented. Highly recommended

This is my favorite IGA, I always enjoy going here. It has a real neighborhood grocery feel to it. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Management try to make the experience of shopping there nice, even when my kids are being a bit on the wild side. The weekly deals and markdowns have me coming by often and I love trying new products here. It's not where I go for cheap basics, but for fun exciting grocery and pantry items.

What can you say. This is my local and staff are brilliant. Rinku is extremely generous and willing to suport local groups.

This has become my go to supermarket, it's a litter further out of the way for me but every time I go there, they have everything I need which saves me time in the long run, plus they have a much better range of products and produce than the other big name supermarkets. I also love to support local:)

A great improvement - really cool having more vegan options and brands like turban chopsticks.the store has so much more space than it used to and feels a lot less cluttered.definitely would be great to have some stuff the other igas do tho especially in terms of stockists such as hail the kale, cm poke & vegetarian sushi, rice paper rolls etc.

I occasionally go here and always find something different. Great chicken snitzel and wonderful chocolate range.

Was not impressed the entree was cold and the mains for six people were all over cooked. Let the waitress know when paid but she really did not give a damn. Won't be going back sorry.

4/26/21 I clearly heard the employees of IGA Carine making racist slurs towards customers, I feel it is just disgraceful and doesn't belong in Australia 2021.

Carine Shopping Centre is great with some terrific fresh food and grocery. They are not the cheapest but the fresh food is great. The only drawback to the centre is their parking bays which are too narrow for even a small to mid-sized car like mine without being in danger of being hit by the side door of the car next to you. But all else great!

Large range of good quality products. The service is good, no issues. The space is quite tight which makes the shop look untidy. Otherwise once you are in it, it is not untidy.

Expensive place to shop. Handy if you run out of an item, otherwise equal quality and far cheaper prices elseware.

A good range of quality products including gluten free and dairy free products. There is only one checkout wide enough for a wheelchair though and the aisles are narrow.

Great selection of goods, the variety is immense for such a small store. Neat and tidy with courteous staff, shelves stocked and pulled forward.
Lovely little IGA

I am wondering how good the staff training is. This evening I was served by a young girl who SERIOUSLY lacked customer service skills. If her goal was to make customers feel unwelcome she achieved it. Treated me with disdain because I only had one bag, failed to give me my scratchie for spending over $30, (not the first time I might add) and acted peeved when I asked for it, gave it in silence, no apology, failed to give me my receipt, again acted peeved when I asked for it. Most of the encounter consisted of no speech on her part except when she asked 'Is that the only bag you've got? '
Very unhappy customer.

I love my Carine IGA, the shop is clean tidy and easy to find your way around.as shoppers we get served by cashiers no sign of
“ self service” which I believe is fabulous because people have jobs that way. The staff the. Selves are awesome, polite pleasant friendly, I always get a pleasant greeting, a smile and a “ how are you today “ it’s wonderful. At the other 2 big stores you’re lucky if you even get eye contact. If I’m after something which on a couple of occasions I have. I only have to ask and thry got the item in for me. As you shopping and you come across staff filling shelves they too have a greeting and always nice enough to move for me if need be! I love love shopping at IGA Carine, Thanks to management and all staff

The staff are always very friendly and always ready to help. The meat and fruit and veggie sections are well presented and reasonably priced.
