I missed my appointment on Valentines day because I did not get discharged from hospital in time. Sent a text apologising and thanking them for their time, recieved an unprofessional response with an emoji, how I lost them profits on Valentines day and wasted $65 in wages.
Only just moved down to Mandurah area and needed to find a new hairdresser as my one in Cottesloe is too far. This will not be the one.

Deb and the team rescued me after a dreadful experience at an expensive "curly hair specialist" where I was left with hair that was hacked at and couldn't style it curly or straight. Deb gave me a beautiful cut which suits straight and curly hair. She's very knowledgeable and experienced. Her attention to detail and customer service are second to none. I'm so glad I found her.

I always enjoy my visits to carefree Artistic Hair and Beauty, I consider it my pamper day when I can relax in the hands of the very friendly and efficient staff. They strive to perfection and no matter have unruly or wild my hair is on entry I always leave feeling like a million dollars. They cater very well to my love of brights colours and they never disappoint. I often get compliments on the colours in my hair and Deb and the girls never question my colour choices. I love everything about the salon, from the friendly smiles greeting me until my satisfaction in the job well done. I have come to regard them all as family.

Looks can definitely be deceiving. The location and the building is not a master piece but inside you are welcomed by friendly, helpful staff and happy customers inside. Good prices and close to home for me.
