5Very competent practitioner. Excellent communication skills - I as a patient needed additional prompts as I am deaf. Practitioner responded in an appropriate manner and made me feel completely at ease.
Booking appointments is a chore as they don't usually have anything readily available, but the staff are great once you get seen.
This place is so clean and professional. The reception staff were excellent in their greeting and assistance with my appointment. 10 out of 10 for them. Very professional service.
If you suspect you have sleeping issues this would be the best place to go to. Processes are explained very well, getting wired up is pretty fiddly but once done it all stays in place.
Waited a month for an appointment for at home sleep study, was given poor I’ll fitting equipment that was broken so unable to complete study. Have to wait another month for another appointment.
