I have never experienced anything like this from a mechanics before. So rude, condescending and had absolutely no idea what they were doing. I did not feel comfortable leaving my car in their hands so I picked it back up before they did any work on it. Completely unprofessional, I do not recommend.

Fantastic service. I recently had them service both of our cars, they managed to fit me in last minute just before Christmas. The quality of work and service was great and the price was fair. I will definitely be using them for our cars in the future. Thanks guys!

Booked my Holden Calais in for a transmission flush and a standard engine service. The car was returned to me nicely vacuumed and clean. The engine is running nice and quiet now too since they used a heavier grade oil. Very happy with my experience and I'm sure to be back with many of my other vehicles. Thanks!

Top job at Carcare Joondalup. Replaced my aircon condenser at short notice even though they were fully booked.

Do Not use Car Care, They misdiagnosed my car and gave incorrect advice. They then accepted the job they didn't really want. Then my car sat their for 3 months untouched and i tried to communicate and it was not reciprocated. Eventually gave up picked up the car with a tow truck and we were charged? They are not truthful. I hope i do not receive any backlash from this review.

Car care are passionate about there work and treat your car with the up most care and respect, pricing is fair and the job at hand is always completed with the client (me) smiling and very happy, my car is always left clean and sparkling i would recommend car care to everyone i know u wouldn't find a better mechanic, thank u to nick and his team for the 100% workmanship the give.

Excellent service! Fixed all the problems with my car at a affordable price. This place never fails to have great customer service. They’re always reliable, trustworthy, fast and efficient. Great experience! I’ve just had my AC re-gassed and starter motor replaced by Car Care. They were happy to fit me in last minute, go out of their way to get the part I required, completed the job in less time than expected, friendly and happy to explain the whole job. I’m not local but if I was I would make these guys my permanent mechanics. Thanks guys.
