I agree with the above review from old lady hater I too find them Unprofessional and it takes them way to long to do the work (still waiting) The worst part is that they won't answer emails and hey don't return calls, called three times on Friday and was told they would call me back still waiting. Do not use.

I highly, highly recommend Melissa and her fantastic team. They saved my business from a colossal mess from a previous accountant and managed to ease 3 years of stress in a few short weeks. Her quote was thorough and fair and worth every cent. Advice is straightforward and succinct. A special mention to Leanne who was a wonderful help and went above and beyond to help ease my worries.

I was recommended to go to this practise by people I highly respect. Unfortunately I had a bad experience. Many phone calls went unanswered, was promised a call back and that would only come a few days later. I assumed my return was getting started on, as I had submitted all the necessary documents, but was only given the run around. I was told to itemise all my expenses which took a decent amount of time (in the back of my head I was thinking isn't this the job of the tax accountant, isn't this the service I am paying for?) After one week I was surprisingly given a quote that was three times the price of the completion. Would have been much better if quote was upfront and honest. I definitely did not receive the service I was expecting. The previous firm has carried on all is original clients. In my eyes has not done enough of their own work to deserve them. Extremely unsatisfying experience.

My husband is a tradie and it's important to have someone who can get us the best return and is knowledgable in what can be claimed.each time we have been here we have been highly satisfied with the service and proffesionalism by the team here and will definitely be back.
