Caravan King Mandurah

Caravan King sold my van for me and it was the quickest, easiest sale ever. All I did was drop it off and they did the rest, repaired it, detailed it and presented it so beautifully. Needless to say it sold within a week of being advertised, all due to their hard work.

Service was very high. From what I can see to date, the quality of the work completed appears to be of high standard. Recieved regular updates on progress of repairs. Very satisfied with the service provided.

A total of 7 faults were found after purchasing this 20year old caravan. Yes realise it's at the lower end of the market. (12k). But these should of been found during the thorough service we were told it had. On the day we picked it up 1 brake light was out but thought it was due to new trailer plug fitted to my car. When I fixed it a couple of days later it wasn't my car it was a rusted out fitting on the caravan. So was obviously faulty for a long while. First trip in the van we had a water leak which flooded the floor. PVC drain pipe to sink wasn't connected properly and incorrect screw was used and covered with blu-tack. Flooding semi submerged the 240v and 12v systems which were sitting on the floor luckily the RCD and fuses weren't. Both gas bottles we're extremely loose in the mountings. Also the hose connector to the outside of the van didn't have an o ring which I had to get before connecting. Completely destroyed our first holiday. When we told them after the trip they apologized and said they would fix it free of charge. As I said I will fix it myself then I know it's done.

They aren't my disappointments they are your failings. As I said in my review you have apologised and you did offer to repair the faults in the caravan. Over the two phone calls we had or as you stated numerous, as I said the issues we experienced should have been picked up in the service you told us it had. The issues are now fixed and we now and in the future would not have the confidence in buying or having a caravan repaired by your company.

We had a new Dust Reduction system fitted to our New Age caravan and we are very impressed with the quality of workmanship carried out. We want to thank all the workshop crew and the friendly office staff for their help. We will be return customers for sure.

Professional and friendly service jobs always completed to highest standard will only use Caravan King Mandurah for my caravan requirements

I had an additional 60 litre water tank fitted to my Avan. Service was friendly & efficient as always and the workmansip was first class. Very strong brackets welded in to support the plastic tank & a lightweight shield fitted to protect it. I have used it and it works well.
