So unfortunately i had bought a car that wasn't up to standard and had some issues. Aka, the car was a lemon.it is not car giants fault, it's a vehicle neglect issue and an issue that happens alot with Audi, VW etc. I had taken the time to actually go speak to the guys down at Car Giants to work out the issues with the car, few months later my problems were solved. They were willing to help, easy to deal with, there was some waiting time in between updates but that's to be expected, but over all, if you have any issues with a car you buy, just go down and talk to the dealership instead of writing a review and see if they can help.

Recently purchased an Audi RS 5 from Car Giant.
Great car, great service.
Had a couple of issues and the customer service was fantastic.
Loan car provided and repairs completed without fuss.
David Dunne is an awesome Servicr Manager.
I highly recommend purchasing a car from Car Giant.
Excellent.

My husband and I bought an almost $90k Jeep around 1.5 yrs ago. We dealt with Matt Fisher. Our problems started around 4 months after purchasing the car, the power windows stopped working altogether. We rang Matt and told him the problem and he said to take it to a Jeep mechanic and it would be covered with warranty. Only to find that Car Giant had left and clearly not checked after market reverse lights and it had messed up the electrics in the car and of course it wasn’t covered. So back to Matt we went and we are told “I don’t remember mate, I sell a lot of cars”… he then proceeded to blame the mechanics who had serviced my car, for the issue. The mechanics said we should absolutely take this to the ACCC (which we will be doing now). The power windows were fixed paid for by us as warranty didn’t cover. Then around 4 or 5 months later the entire centre console (screen, airconditioning, parking sensor) stopped working. Again, warranty did not cover as it was electrical due to the reverse lights. The mechanics showed my husband how the lights were attached to the battery and there were wires everywhere hanging loose, clearly not checked by Car Giant when it was sold to us. Again, it was fixed with us paying full price.
Now, the reversing camera has stopped working altogether and I would assume it is not covered ONCE AGAIN due to aftermarket electronics.
The screen will stop working randomly all the time and just magically start working again.
This is EXTREMELY frustrating as this is an expensive car and they have sold a clearly unchecked car to a young family and we have had no help whatsoever. And email will be sent to CarGiant again today and also will be contacting the ACCC.
We are both business owners and will not hesitate to share our experience with this dealership to our customers and clients.

Thought they were great to begin with until realised they had sold me a lemon, nearly 3 months later they still trying to fix it and the only thing they could offer me was to buy the vehicle back of me for much less than I payed for it. I payed 42k for the first vehicle and ended up with a 30k vehicle and $1700 back so i lost out 10k. Ben Cooper was nice and good to deal with but the issue lies with Matt cox the manager. Wouldn't advise buying from here, if your unlucky enough to get a lemon like I did then it will not end well for you because they will not take any responsibility for it.

Had a really poor experience with Matt. Found he had limited knowledge of the car I was enquiring about, then he reneged on his offer to trade my car in for a certain price. Told me it would cost $3-4k to get my car “sale ready” so they wouldn’t make money on it, which is a very exaggerated figure with my car being in near perfect condition and my dad being the mechanic that services it. Also wasn’t very forthcoming with the contractural obligations of a ‘subject to finance’ clause trying to get me to commit on the spot without time to consider. When I expressed concern about current interest rates being a factor with my decision to purchase or not.
Overall left feeling really underwhelmed and wouldn’t want to go back to have the same experience again.

CarGiant made my partner and I buying our first car a breeze. We purchased a red Toyota 2009 Aurion and it was in immaculate condition. We always try to refrain from being dazzled by salesman and be wary of them for reasons I'm sure everybody knows, but our salesman Matt Fisher was surprisingly very genuine and transparent. Considering we were young, we didn't feel like he tried to take advantage of us or push us into a sale. He left us alone when seeing the car so we could make our own mind up, and he also emphasised the importance of putting everything we wanted to happen to allow the sale to go through should be stated in the written contract. Matt and CarGiant were more than happy to delay the sale and keep it on hold for us so we could gather finance, happy to extend the registration of the car and also happy to have the car sale be subject to our private inspector's report, with anything out of place guaranteed to be fixed. It was delightful to hear that our inspector said that the Aurion was a car with the best condition he has inspected in years, and really made us feel confident in CarGiant's pride for the quality of the secondhand cars they sell. Of course, we will just have to see how their service goes in the future should we need any help from them, but we really couldn't recommend Matt Fisher enough for his pleasant service and helping our first car sale be a positive experience:)

A massive range of used and some new vehicles. From small buzz box shopping carts to lumbering US trucks. Staff are friendly and welcoming, with honesty and no pressure. It felt easy to have a private look around at my own leisure. The experience was relaxed enough that I head back and buy from them, should the car meet my needs. (But they are a fixed price seller, it may not be your thing if haggling is your style).

Awful service was booked to test drive car and was in process to buying were told first in best dressed it was sold from underneath us why were in process of doing paperwork, surely this isn't right? !

Disgracfull service and staff. I Called and booked a test drive, drove 50ks to dealership and test drove vehicle. Agreed to purchase the vehicle. Whilst having valuation done on my trade in another person test drove the vehicle I was about to purchase. Salesman dealing with this other person has undercut my salesman and myself and sold the car as we were about to begin the paperwork. All the while knowing that I had already test driven the vehicle and was about to buy. All I can say is if the salestaff are prepared to do that to each other, I can only imagine the dodgy things they do with there customer's. Will not ever go back!

Ron Copley made my new vehicle choice and the whole process so seamless and quick. He kept me up to date all the time until my car was ready for collection. His service was absolutely amazing. Me & my wife are very happy with our new car. Thanks Ron & CarGiant.

Rob was great initially, witty with a great sense of humour, once the paperwork was completed and funds transferred, I had to phone and follow up collection of the vehicle. I was advised there was a full service history, which in fairness there was but was eluded that the car was over due for the next service. Had I known that, I would have requested the vehicle be serviced prior to collection.

Thanks to Rob and the team for a very easy process of buying 2 cars. We purchase a Y62 Patrol and a CX9. It couldn't have gone any smoother. They didnt try to low ball us with the trade-ins either, which made it a pain free deal. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Rob and the team.

After sales they don’t care what customer is asking about — I asked for one document and they said will get back but never. Rude and aggressive staffs who aren’t fit for customers service.
