“Well, our loan application had a few complications. My wife isn't a resident yet. I have three kids and another on the way. Lastly to top it all off, my wife was injured in a car accident which impacted her ability to work. I had applied for two houses previously and was denied both times. Interestingly, we had more money at that stage, however the brokers at the time we not aware of a few certain policies and that solely impacted our ability to get a loan.
