Cape Villas Dunsborough

We recently stayed at Aqua21 for a family holiday with our children.

We were so pleased with the Villa itself. It was extremely clean, all of the amenities in the Kitchen, Bathroom and Laundry were very thoughtful and well laid out.

The service was excellent from the initial booking to the end of our stay.

And the location was amazing! Only a short drive to town and close to so many beautiful attractions, the beach and wineries.

We will definitely be staying here again.

Accommodation is in a lovely setting and the layout is great for bigger families or groups. The main issue we had with the accommodation is the lack of cleanliness. The floors were filthy and there was pet hair all over the lounge room including on the couch (I first noticed as my baby grabbed a tuft of it with her hand and proceeded to put it in her mouth). We kindly emailed the property to advise them as the website also mentioned pets weren't allowed but we received no response. I feel that during a pandemic, much better cleanliness measures should be in place.

Clean, close to town center villa with plenty of space and easy to get to the main sites & experiences of the south west region

Great place - not quite a km out of Dunsborough town with a handy walk/bike trail right into town. We stayed in No. 26 - air con in each room, two bed/two bath, TV in each bedroom & lounge, full kitchen - absolutely awesome.

Unit 2 is awesome.
Full kitchen, laundry, 3 bedroom with comfy beds. Nothing we missed during our stay. Even though close to the main road it was quite. 10 min walk from town center or clancys. Will be back

Really well positioned next to dunsborough main strip. Very clean and well accommodated two story townhouse. Would easily suit a family of 5/6, or two couples for a weekend. Definitely check them out.

Great villas would have been better if the master bed rooms curtains keept out the morning sun.

I came here with my family for a one-week trip and I was more than satisfied. The house had space outside for one car, and inside there was a big room with a spacious kitchen and dining table on one side, and the other side had a modern TV and a comfy couch. The kitchen had plenty of cutlery and equipment, including a dishwasher, a microwave and a medium-sized fridge. The dining table was big enough for about 7-8 people and lots of food. Then, the couch was very comfortable and big, with 'hidden' headrests and a small table in the middle. The TV was large (something around 60 inches) and it was an LG Smart TV, so it was equipped with all the streaming services available (eg. Netflix, YouTube, Stan etc.) with several audio and display settings including an app store with plenty of approved apps. The TV was compatible with both HDMI and USB input (you might need your own cables) and under it there was a small desk/closet where there's a WIFI router (the password was provided in a black leather booklet found when you arrive) and a CD/DVD player that is already connected to the TV. In the closet there were several DVDs to choose from (both family friendly and 15+). The rest of the house consisted of two rooms, one on each side of the house. One room had a king-sized bed with a small bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second room had two king single-sized beds. Each room had a small TV and a window. The rooms were separated by a large bathroom with another walk-in shower. Also, there was an elevated patio with another couch and a table, including a small BBQ (gas powered). The house itself had plenty of windows for natural light to illuminate the house during the day. Finally, the entire house was very clean (no creepy crawlies) and it also came with a Dyson wireless vacuum.

Side note: If you're lucky enough, you might get a power blackout somewhere at around 11: 50pm. In case that happens and you're awake, take a visit to the patio and have a look up at the sky ;).

Unit 26.we stayed 3 nights and it was not long enough. Unit was amazing, clean, modern and fantastic facilities. Owner easy to contact and went out of his way to assist us. Would recommend this unit without hesitation. We will be back. But for a longer time next time.

To start with on arrival we noticed the beautiful setting this complex has surrounded by natural bushland (cleared for fire prevention) with an amazing outlook to the Indian Ocean.
Services and access clearly advised by the owner prior to our arrival as well was appreciated.
On entering our villa basically we were gobsmacked. It was immediately obvious the owner had thought of everything.
Once housed the car in the garage with automatic door before proceeding upstairs noticed a fully equipped laundry.
Sub level 1 we had two large bedrooms one with king and the other with two king singles with tv and air con in both and serviced by a large bathroom and separate toilet.
Onwards to the next sub level we saw our huge main bedroom with walk in robe and modern bathroom. Of course a large TV, air con, comfy king bed and balcony with water views all well complimented our sleeping quarters.
Note excellent linen and guest amenities thruout.
The amazement continued with arriving to our top floor spacious open kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen fully equipped with large French door fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, island bar and more and more. Even electric blinds thru out on all large viewing windows.
A super comfy lounge area with an even larger TV and Bose sound system were a great benefit.
Then outside a large balcony with BBQ, table and chairs and more lounges with simply
amazing views. (Note binoculars supplied)
Cape Villas very well done. You've achieved close to perfect.
Even our Ace rent a car slept well being safe and secure.
We have been spoilt.
We will recommend you again and again.
