They did a great job on the service, and extra work was carried out that needed to be done.

I had to follow up parts that needed to be replaced following the service, and both times I called, I was told someone would ring me back, and both times I had to call them, as no one contacted me, and I waited for hours.

That was a little disappointing.if you tell a client someone will call, make sure someone does.

Amazing service from Zaki who organised my car purchase and found me the right car. He has great patience and care in explaining in detail the car features, my contract details and any questions I threw at him. Thanks for you help. Even though they were super busy, everyone was so friendly and well organised. There were even games and popcorn inside for the kids while we discussed our car with staff.

Be aware of this dealership if they call you to buy your car.especially their buyer contractors.

A guy called Mark called me off my carsales advert to buy my Jeep. After some thought I agreed to the price. He proceeded to send me his MTA From 07 Sellers Declaration To Dealer and the Aust Govt Statement by a Supplier form. I signed them both and along with my DL, rego papers and account details for the funds to be deposited, I emailed the lot back.

The next day I received an email from Wayne Thomson (Cc Mark) the Wholesale Manager saying:

"Hi Mark and Nic.

Thanks for sending all this over.

I will get the relevant sale paperwork over to you via Docusign within the next hour.

Just keep a look out for the email to come through and it will require to acknowledge and sign that all the entered details are correct.

Thanks"

That was on Wednesday at 3.45pm. I received no email and no documentation was sent.

I started to think it was a scam. When I finally got to speak to Chris at the dealership, I was advised they were not buying my car and he was surprised that I had not been informed and quickly said it was a contractor that contacted me and the Dealer needs to approve the deal.

In the meantime, I did the right thing and not drove my Jeep to keep the Kms down and not risk any accident. I even borrowed my wife's car to go to work appointments.

To add, I have now missed out on buying another car and had to let that person know why.

In my view, they can't blame the contractor for poor communication (Although it was) as I had attempted to reach out to the Wholesale Manager by email and heard nothing back.

What a joke!

I recently purchased a CHR through Ubi as my sales consultant and he always acted in a professional manner, answered all my questions and addressed my concerns about finance options. He continually provided updates on delivery of my vehicle which came 6 months earlier than expected. If you are looking for a car i would thoroughly recommend Ubi to help you through the process of buying a new car.

Absolute legend, kept me up today the entire way and would have everything sorted before I could ask him about the next step.
I had issues with my insurance company but Tim went the extra mile and sorted the issues out for me.

I couldn’t rate my experience with Tim any higher.

Horrible horrible horrible experience.
Bought a faulty used car with them an been in the service for around 6 months. During which managers were unresponsive and outright dismissive. Took it to Aus Consumer Protection only then I had a refund as a settlement.

But surprise surprise, not long after that now I still have to deal with this business as they have not delicense my no-longer-owned vehicle and i’m issued a rego payment by DoT of which they will issue a fine if not paid (of a car that I DO NOT OWN ANYMORE).

And yet again, managers are swerving ducking and weaving avoiding calls, emails on a time sensitive matter.

Look mate, we’re ALL busy but it feels as i’m doing your jobs for you.
Don’t “look” into it, I’ve given all the details. Do your job you’re paid to do.

Edit: finally got everything sorted. I appreciate the ones who actually helped in getting concerns sorted in a professional manner.
