We really appreciate these guys there customer service is great and there fish and chips are delightful.

Simply the BEST fish and chips. Thick, tasty and big size fish in a light and crispy batter and large portion of chips. Value for money. If you place an order it will always be ready on time. Lovely friendly atmosphere.

Last year was our first time, & it was okay, so we tried again, but this time it was disgusting. The batter on the fish & the Potato scallops/Fritters was very oily that left a terrible fatty taste in your mouth. Definitely not going back.

For years my partner and I have been trying to find that go to local fish n chips that's yummy and consistent, we've gone to every shop in Armadale, Kelmscott and Thornlie even Byford. This it, this the one.

First time tried the Fish, chips, dim sums and potato cakes. They were delicious, nice crispy and fresh! Will definitely back! Thank you for friendly service too

The worse fish and chips I have had in a long time. Have been here many of times but never has it been so horrible. My kids won't even eat the chips which says it all. The shop smelt of dirty oil. Should never of ordered after that.

This place is a bit hit and miss, several times now it’s either been delicious or just horrible.
Haven’t been for a while & decided to grab dinner tonight as I live close, sadly the fish was very over cooked was thick and like a brick and the chips were also over cooked and average at best.
After eating some of it, I thought what a waste of money - horrible: (

Went here on the glowing reviews but not that great really, fish pieces were large but pretty average tasting an chips were soggy.there's much better in the local area.

Have had this twice (in quick succession!) and we’ve bloody loved it both times. The curry sauce is excellent, chips adequately salted, fish lovely, always piping hot. Would give 6 stars if we could.

Very disappointed in the quality of the fish - inedible - chips were soggy. Will never buy here again. The only positive, the staff are friendly.

So impressed by the fish and chips here. The chips instantly took me back to UK and best chips i’ve had in years. Had the Atlantic cod and also was nice. We will become regulars for sure.

As an ex chef I was very pleased with the quality of food and friendly service.
Place was very clean and prices reasonable.

We ordered so much food, it was ready so fast and the food was incredible. My family has been coming here for years and it never disappoints.

We are regular customers and the quality is usually quite good, however today it was very very good! The battered fish was perfect - melts in your mouth, the batter crispy and salted just right. The grilled barra was so good - cooked very well. We were just thinking of trying other places but with your quality today we will just keep coming back.

Served raw pink pattered fish and chips were under cooked terrible service also will not be returning disgusting

Ordered snapper, shark, chips and onion rings. The service was amazing but the fish and chips were even better. You could go only for the onion rings and still come out satisfied. Great job.

Who puts the reviews on here!? We just picked up “snapper” and chips! Absolutely disgusting! Fish must have been frozen with the batter on it. No one could eat it. EVERYTHING was thrown out. Disgraceful. Please write TRUE reviews.

This was the first meal of fish and chips we had from Canning Vale Fish and Chips. We can honestly say, it was GREAT. The staff was friendly, the service was good and the meal very tasty! Worth repeating.

This place is terrific. Friendly helpful staff and great prices. $13.80 large piece of fish and good amount of chips, pineapple fritter and can of drink. Feeds two people nicely. I usually add a banana fritter also. Batter is crispy, chips are perfectly done, the fish is flakey and so nice and fresh and hot (hake). Never soggy, always crispy and fresh and hot. You gotta go here, terrific local take away business.

Very nice fish and chips, tried them for the first time today and I'll be going back. Staff were lovely too.
