Peaceful place to have a function. You can be loud as you want. One neighbours to complain. Staff and rangers will provide 24/7 support. Special thanks to the lovely ranger who helped me to open the venue. Fully fenced play area for children
Nice function hall for 100 to 120 persons. Spacious kitchen, toilet facilities, covered external space, oval and lots of parking. Booking is with City of Canning, rates are very reasonable.
The Canning Vale community centre is situated in Warratah part of Canning Vale. It has a function room and a kitchen toilets etc. The function room is big enough to hold about 80 people comfortably.
Outside there is plenty of open spaces for children to play.
We had an event of 120 people here. It was spacious enough to accommodate them but the space became very tight with that.
Air con was not very good on that day.
The coucil was really kind to allow us to inspect the hall before-hand. That helped us with planning.
The hall has neither got a lectern/ podium nor a sound system. We had to borrow our own sound system.
Great place. We use it every Friday evening for our church and it is great. The only problem is that it is old and the bathrooms suck. But great location near a huge oval
