Candlewood Fish and Chips

$7 chips was insultingly small. Asked for red battered saugage and got a ordinary sausage. Yuk, Try Banksia Grove, much better! Worth the extra drive

Got cod and chips with mushy peas and curry sauce. Absolutely delicious. Will be going back there!

I used to be a regular at the fish and chip shop, first time back for a year or so and i must say it has improved tremendously. The chips were perfectly done and the fish was beautiful.the portions were just right and prices were good for what it was. The customer service was amazing and everyone was so friendly and inviting.i had an awesome chat with the young girl at the front and they were all so lovely! I will definitely be becoming a regular again.

The most disgusting fish and chips ever. It used to be the greatest fish and chips under the old owner. But now its so greasy and disgusting. We gave second chance but still terrible, straight to the bin. Totally Totally disappointed. Do not waste your money.

Generous servings, tasty and freshly cooked. Friendly staff. Also uses vegetable oil for cooking. Not to oily and fish is lightly battered.

The candle wood fish and chip shop is a good little chippy, with good size potions of food at good price. My missies likes a good piece of fish and said it was tasty and fresh testing and fair size, she even went as fair as saying it was better than the Great British Chippy.
The only niggle i have was the Burger was a little cold but still tasted ok.
Definitely worth a second visit, and definitely recommend others to visit.

Seriously good chips, many of those lil crunchy bits we all seem to love. I also had the flake, it was thick and juicy inside crunchy outside, not oily at all

Always lovely and fresh large portions at a great price, sometimes you have to wait if there are a few orders but it's worth the wait to have them cooked properly and well drained, always nice and crisp never had a soggy meal yet and we regularly get the Friday lunch time specials it's a bonus having them for lunch.

The best chips anywhere, they're crunchy but soft, so delicious. The fish is amazing, both grilled and fried are cooked perfectly. Bedt fish and chips around, hands down.

The most amazing Fish & Chips I have had in Perth. The serving portions are great, the fish is moist and delicious. The squid was tender. The pineapple fritters were amazing. Chips perfect. Potato fritters were cooked to perfection. The crab sticks I didn't eat, however my partner said they were great. We had 5 adults and everyone was impressed. The customer service was also on point. Can't wait to go back!

Best fish and chips I've ever eaten. Fish doesn't get to stupid levels of greasy and is actually reusable the next day. Super generous portions too.
