Cancer Council WA Shop

Made a special journey to have a look around their shop.but it's closed on a Thursday (was told this after pressing the video door bell) I never got to see the shop so I wasted my journey!
Looks like it's on the 1st floor so you can't even look through their windows

I came here for the first time as usually I just buy things from the CC in other stores. This time however I was seeking some particular items so decided to go into the Rokeby Rd store. The store itself was pretty easy to navigate and it's certainly not cluttered. I found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and pleasant to talk to especially when seeking advice.

There was certainly no "hard sell" pressure which is something that I really dislike. Did I buy anything? Certainly! After all, that's what I was there for. The staff had a minor technical difficulty with the system but I certainly wasn't kept waiting for a long time and they were apologetic.

So, I personally don't understand the negative reviews as I didn't have any issues at all. My experience here was pleasant enough and I left with some items that I needed and a lighter wallet.

Great range of products from hats, gloves, sunnies through to sunscreens and skincare.
Friendly and helpful staff, good to know gift vouchers available upon request:)

Supplies for summer and then some, real friendly people too.
Also you can show support just by buying sunscreen

Of all the days to have a stocktake. Travelled all the way from Butler to see a sign on the door "Closed for stocktake. Sorry for any inconvenience". Oh well, they have to do it sometime: - (

Went in to buy a Ultimate Outdoor Workers Cool Hat as shown on the website only to be told that it is an online order item only.
Also all the hats only go up to 63cm in size.

I really enjoy going to the Cancer Council Store in Subiaco. Apart from the items for sale the people who are assisting give very friendly service.

Poor customer service! The lady on the counter needs to do a certificate 3 in Eftpos awareness and a cert 4 in congeniality.
