Cancer Council WA Crawford Lodge reviews
28Beautiful blessed to us country people treatment.in perth.awesome place thanks so much we so greateful with all.thankss
A great place for me from the country. My husband and I enjoyed the 2 different rooms we were given. Thank you for being there. We then donated and will again soon to help others in need before going into Hospital.
Home away from home so much appreciated by many country people with common interest. Really good cooking facilities. Gym, theatre room, games room/social area and a number of outdoor area's to BBQ & gather in.
We have been delighted by the accommodation and services provided at Crawford Lodge. So pleased we have been able to stay in Perth and so close to St. John of God cancer centre. Thank you Cancer Council for providing such quality accommodation, for country people, as my wife under goes her treatment.
Crawford lodge where country patients on a cancer journey stay, a home away from home. Clean room and own bathroom, access to a well equipped kitchen, lovely staff, helpful and polite, good parking andovely gardens, well maintained. Right next door to QEII hospital where they receive treatment. Cannot speak more highly of this place. Thank you Cancer Council Crawford Lodge.
Excellent place to stay gor cancer patients. Room was well presented, clean and had all the necessary requirements. Lots of parking. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Caught up with family and took them grocery shopping and a coffee. Facilities are nice, tidy and individual rooms come with Ensuite, basic kitchen facilities eg. Kettle, cup etc. Recommend our country folk pick up 10-15 litre of water or bring from home. City water is ordinary Consider bringing a shopping bag on wheels/foldable especially if you don't have family in Perth to take you grocery shopping, OR, catch bus 26,27 into either Subiaco Coles or CBD Perth Woolworth. Speedy recovery and future good health to those who find themselves using these facilities
MY SISTA IS STAYING THERE & I GO & VISIT HER EVERY CHANCE THAT I CAN. THEY DON'T HAVE SET HOURS OF WHEN YOU CAN VISIT & ALL THE PEOPLE THAT WORK AS VOLUNTEERS THERE ARE BETTER THAN THE PAID STAFF.
It was my first time there, my husband and I were visiting friends who are staying there while he has treatment, it is so lovely and the convenience for the people coming from the country is so important, thank you Cancer Council WA
Always and lovely comforting stay at Crawford Lodge in an otherwise stressful time. Certainly makes the trip up from Albany alot more relaxing being able to stay here
Visited a family member this morning what a lovely place that caters for country people - THANK YOU.
So appreciate this service for country patients. Helps a lot to relieve some of the stresses associated with a cancer diagnosis. Thank you for helping our family stay together along this scary journey
Grateful appreciations for this facility. Its location to SCGH really helped us, being 980kms from home. The staff's courtesy & helpful friendliness; a bonus! Having this warm, homely environment with essential needs supplied in which to recuperate, exemplifies the care given by Cancer Council WA to so many. Heartfelt thanks from hubby and I.
Staff are lovely, friendly and supportive
The premises, rooms are immaculate.
Thank you for allowing us to stay during my Cancer ordeal
We are about to visit Crawford Lodge again this month. This place is heaven for country patients, we had a beautiful clean suite, could not be more appreciative of the service it offers. Am so grateful that we have Crawford Lodge. The staff are angels. Forever grateful. To those that use and may use Crawford Lodge, please donate kindly to keep this establishment running as brilliant as it does. Deeply grateful to Crawford Lodge. ️️
It was wonderful staff were lovely recommended to anyone who is sick and has cancer thank you for helping all of us
Amazing place. Helpful, friendly staff. A wonderful place to stay while going through difficult times. Relaxed. Clean. Volunteer cancer bus for medical appointments; very useful when feeling so sick.
Staff are fantastic. Rooms are a bit dated and some double beds would be nice especially for those travelling as a couple.
Great accommodation for families needing cancer surgery or treatment that live in rural areas.
Fantastic if it wasn't for their help I couldn't have endured the many treatments I have had the service and facilities are first rate
