The old is very rude to my 4 year old son because he open the door two time and he start shouting on him he scared and start cry he don’t know how to deal with costumers snd also print out not perfectly

I ordered a fuser unit (in stock) for a Brother laser printer on the 27/11/23 to be sent post free and it had not arrived in the mail by Mon 4/12/23 despite a request by email for the tracking number on 29/11/23. I discovered the item had not been posted until after I had made a follow-up phone call on Monday 4/12/23 asking why it had not yet been delivered.

Warm welcome by Gary who fixed my Printer problems quickly and provided guidance as to better future use by me. Really magic experience.

I have required his services twice over the years to fix my Canon printer. In both cases he had the part on hand & was able to fix while I waited.

Can-Calc were able to analyse the printer's failure, had the new part in stock and restored the printer to operation in the time it took to drink a cup of coffee - 1st class service!

I have used Gary at Can-Calc for a number of years. Initially he was in Victoria Park but is now at Thornlie. I use my home printers extensively and was told by another printer mechanic when I lived in Mandurah, well beyond the manufactures' expectations and design. He estimated that my use was 3 times the design expectation.
This is my third Canon printer that Gary has revived to allow it to be continued in service. It was a crucial repair as home printers giving high printing definition (96,000 x 24,000 dpi) are no longer manufactured. He repaired it whilst I had a coffee in the nearby shopping centre and I was amazed at the low cost of the repair.

I have no hesitation in recommending Gary and Can-Calc for repairs.

I took my printers today for repair and was very pleased at the service I received. I only came away with one printer unfortunately but the other printer is still very important to me as you can not get a couple of the feature that it has that I require for my job. I live a long way away and he repaired it straight away and I only had to wait about half an hour so it was very convenient and appreciated. Thank you once again.
