68If i could give zero stars i would! They tell you what u want to hear just to fob u off for another week or so. The customer service is non existant literally. The absolute worst experience ive had dealing with a commercial entity ever. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
Terrible service almost 3 months and the appliance is still not repaired with no time frame for the repair to be completed.
I have a Samsung fridge which recently got some issue, the camtec staff came to inspect it in the next day after I called the warranty company. And contacted me again when parts are ready, and fixed the problem professionally.
The service is prompt, and they did a great job.
They are just here to make money out of you and nothing else. Will still charge you the most for the least amount of work.
Replaced faulty 85” Samsung Frame TV panel that had vertical banding. Great communication and fast turn over.
Recommended by Samsung had to get find a replacement a sound bar remote.couldn't find or repair. Found one on E bay
Please never choose Samsung products, especially refrigerator, gas leakage, poor components, it will ruine your life, trust me.
I have been suffering from the service, they promised that I will get full refund after the fridge has been collected, I have been waiting for more than 14 days for the collection, but I haven't been contacted by their courier company, then I sent email to them ask for the explanation, three days past, no response.
I am looking forward to hearing from The Goodguys Belmont, see how they support their customers.
Think we may have dodged a bullet here
We need some minor electrical work to be done. So far we waited 4 weeks just for the guy to come out and assess and now it has been over 5 weeks and we still haven't received the quote. At this rate it would be Christmas before any work starts.
We have followed up twice to no avail.
Even if they did provide a quote i don't think we will go ahead.
UPDATE
Service dept Team Leader Finally got back to us outlining what we needed done but unfortunately as they did not do their homework properly or even pick up the phone to ask some questions have not only declined to do the work due to incorrect reasoning eg. Asbestos (of which none is present) have referred us to go elsewhere.
Definitely dodged a bullet.
Couldn't even quote properly.
Do yourself a favour if you are even considering using them and DON'T.
Taken them from 1 star to a big ZERO.
They keep ring my phone, let it ring twice and then send me a text asking to call them back to arrange repairs on my broken fridge.
I don't even get a chance to answer.
Poor customer service.
And when you call They are rude!
Couldn’t get past the woman on reception with the freezer compartment fan motor (not working) that I pulled out of my Samsung fridge freezer. All I wanted to know was if it was stuffed (as suspected) and if they sold a new motor. It says on your front sign electrical services and spare parts and you are supposed to be Samsung specialists. Time to lift your game or get new front of house staff.
I placed an order for my washing machine parts for the second time and it arrived on time as promised. Keep up the great service and I will be back for my next break down parts. Thanks
Non existent customer service. Offshore call centre. Keep changing and delaying the date to come and do the repair. Rude and sarcastic workers.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
This 'business' is incredibly useless. They incorrectly assessed my vaccum cleaner so the part wouldn't be covered under warranty, almost seems intentional to maintain their 'contract' with Samsung. They constantly ignore my emails and calls time and time again. DO NOT send anything here, you'll regret it.
They lied about previously replacing the part under warranty, when I marked all parts with a permanent marker and recieved all the same parts back with the same markings. I've lodged a complaint with consumer protection, this 'business' should be shut down, they're extremely unethical and useless. I'm shocked Samsung rely on them as a service centre.
I've also contacted Samsung several times, they've sent them multiple emails and called several times, Camtech seems to be ignoring Samsung now as well. It would seem they're so deep in their lies, they're trying to figure out how to dig themselves out.

*the felt that camtech glued on previously under warranty has come off* so YES, I expect that to be rectified. The product isn't fit for purpose if it simply wears off, no issues with my dyson whatsoever, don't lie, the reason it's rejected is because you stated the brush needed replacing when that's in brand new condition. The vac isn't even my primary vac, what a terrible response by a 'professional' business. If you 'repaired' it properly in the first place when you did so under warranty it wouldn't be back in the first place. I'm assuming samsung thinks you replaced the unit last time when in fact you did not.
Regardless of what Samsung states, Australian consumer law is a wonderful thing, and I look forward to my issue being rectified under warranty, preferably by a more professional company.
Under Australian consumer law, I even have the right to a hire product if the repair timeframe is unreasonable, and given the terrible communication and timeline, one would easily consider it 'unreasonable'.

Extremly poor service! Their tech is nothing but a liar. He had no knwoledge or skills. At my home when tech came to investigate the issue, he said its samsung aircon issje. Next day in report it was installation issue. Have two aircons installed in same way, tech checkef that.not at all professional service.
Have used Camtech a few times now.
They were able to fix a convection microwave that I purchased 2nd hand (it was a lemon). After a couple of issues.it now works fine.
Special thanks to Charlie, who travelled out a few times (not his fault) to sort our fridge.

Beware of SCAM-Tec.
They will lock in a service or repair only if you provide your credit card details over the phone, this is the first trap.
They claim it’s to secure a booking but it’s to ensure they can charge you irrespective of whether they do or DON’T carry out works on your appliance.
My experience - Camtec were unable to assist with my air con service, however proceeded to remove a full service fee from my credit card without my knowledge or consent, i then had a battle getting a portion of my money returned many weeks later, the money they withheld was for a call out charge something they didn’t disclose to me during the booking process.
Camtec admitted they DID NOT informed me they have call out charges and DID NOT receive consent to charge my credit card nor disclose they were doing so, however will not return the money they took, instead offering to complete the original air con service they previously told me they weren’t able to do? !
Avoid Camtec - The family business that admit they misinform their customers and are happy to operate under unethical practices.
Paid the $195 Tech came out 10 mins no repairs, said they need a part have not heard one thing back. Called Samsung & Good guys! Feeling ripped off. The service on the phone pushy to pay
Would rather leave no stars as we have been trying to get our washing machine fixed for the last 6 weeks plus and still no joy! They call today and want to return the money and not do the repair! DO NOT TRUST this company and Samsung will be hearing about the terrible service!
Technician was lovely but the company failed to complete the job effectively. Camtec took the $195 call out fee before attending the site, told me that they could repair my washing machine but then closed the job internally because they can’t get the part anymore. No one called or contacted me to inform me about this…. After weeks of waiting, I called to follow up only to be told the job was closed.
Disappointing communication!
