Campion Education reviews
29Well organised and fast service. Try to avoid the week before school starts, can get a bit busy.
I and my mum went and they gave us the wrong thing and there customer service is appalling. We went to another place who actually had a text book we needed in stock not like champion.
Basically a con, they have some kind of monopoly with schools for stationary supply. Got charged a hefty fee for late order (December). Price of items is double or triple that of normal retailers. Never get fooled by these guys again, just buy from woolies going forwards.
Amazingly quick and efficient service. I live in Eastern Suburbs and drove pass Campion in Malaga, saw the massive line and headed straight to Willetton. It's worth the 30 min drive. Guys make your way over to Willetton. Save yourself the wait at Malaga. Thanks Campion Willetton! Happy Days!
Absolutely useless, after 2 weeks of placing my order it finally get processed, but then told items are on back order, so the kids get to Start school with no books, never again
Went in to buy a text book from our school booklist - good covid protocols, friendly and helpful staff, swift transaction.
Was crazy busy when I went there to get books and other stuff for kids. Despite that the staff was very nice and helpful. Thumbs up guys
Meh. Nothing special, but it's the only bookstore. They have a captive market, and thus sell every textbook for pretty poor prices. However, the staff is good, and textbooks usually aren't cheap anyways.
This year was my first year to shop Campion Education, before use to shop somewhere else use to help by my self to find the books from the shelf which was very difficulty. But campion walk in the staffs are experts they collect your info and then they said have sit and wait untill your number to be called and then they called my number they handed in to me all the books I needed in one box how good is that. 5 stars from me
School stationary store. Order online or turn up with your school details and they do the rest collecting the list from the storeroom and packing while you wait.
If you like to wander round picking what you want, then not the right place.
So efficient and organized. The staff are pleasant and friendly, even with the inundation of people. Thank you Campion.
Unbelievably slow and inconvenient. I only needed two items, one item from each of my son's lists, and I had to wait in a queue half way through the car park just to get in, then another snaking around the shop to pay, then wait another hour for them to be packed! No pre order available, no short queue option for those with just a couple items instead of multiple booklists and $18 postage to send a single item metro? ! The postage would have cost more than my actual order so the lady says no worries, just "nip in" and grab them. Didn't mention that it would take me 2hrs for 2 items! I also had to fill out a sheet of our private info (address, email, phone) just to collect a scrapbook? ! Thank god I went on a day my partner could take the boys or id have been "nipping in" with my 5 sons
Very grateful for these guys. A subject change causing a change in books to the value over $100.00. Three brand new unused books and they swapped them straight over for me with minimal up charge.
Tried returning an item, there was a very small tear on the outer package and the item inside is still brand new and untouched and they wouldn't accept it. ️
At this stage it appears you can only order online, you cannot see the products on the schoolbook lists for comparison and you cannot collect in person from the warehouse (after tothe cut-off date) to save a late delivery fee.
Uninterested employees forgot about me and had me waiting half an hour for 2 books that they had put on the counter.
A little crowded but that's to be expected during school holidays, they have material for most booklists and a friendly staff.
They have a good system in place, eventhough the place was crowded but everything was in order. We got our items fairly quickly. The assistant was very friendly, helpful and patient with us:)
Good and very helpful staff. Dont leave to buy stuff till last date. It can be really busy during last days. Go early if possible:)
This place has very limited parking. Ive been twice now and both times I left empty handed as their is no parking available. Most people park on the street but their are signs everywhere saying No Parking On Road Or Verge and I can see on both occassions council workers walking around fineing everyone that's parked on the street. This is the first time we've had to use Champion Supplies and I'm not impressed, they need a better location.
