After much competitor research, we decided to purchase a brand new Eureka Series 2 camper (with upgrades) from Camper Trailers WA earlier this year. The two significant points of difference with this camper compared to the other serious off road campers we considered was firstly that it was locally built with quality materials that Dave personally has tested (lightweight Aus.steel, locally made canvas awnings, Lithium batteries etc) and is designed to be dust free in the most gnarliest of outback conditions. The second was the after-sales service/coaching/WA knowledge that comes with Dave and his passion for building campers of simplicity; but also with the highest of quality on the areas of a camper that matter most for reliable and trouble free adventures.

Fast forward to today, with at least 6 x WA family camping adventures completed including one very bull dusty Helena Aurora ranges trip and also torrential rain in the Manjimup forests, we’re pleased to share that our camper has met and often exceeded our pre purchase vision for our camper. It remains dust free, waterproof and out of any workshops! The Series 2 has also given us all the space and storage we need for our family.

In summary we love our Eureka camper and the unique remote and off—grid experiences it has provided. It’s been a game changer camper upgrade for our family. David’s service and after sales support on all things - including recommending off grid camping locations when our Easter booking was cancelled due to flooding - has been excellent. Dave also supported resolving a few issues we had with our awning configuration.

Highly recommended Camper Trailers WA and any camper built by Dave. We hope to complete a Redback tour with Dave in the future too.

We hired a camper from Dave with short notice over the Christmas period. Dave was very accommodating at making sure he could squeeze our dates in.
The handover was thorough and Dave made sure we had all the extras we may need for a 2 week off grid beach camp at Warroora station.
The camper stood up well in some windy weather and was easy to setup and tow. Would definitely recommend and will hire again.

The Karijini tour with Redtrack Eco tours is one of the best things I have done…. Pictures and words can not explain the beauty. Dave was always there on hand to help, explain and tell wonderful stories of his experiences.
Nothing was ever a bother for him. Totally recommend Dave to anyone who is thinking of going there knowing that someone experienced as Dave is right there with you.

Just completed a 5 day Karara Rangeland and Gabyon Station trip with Dave's tour group. Had a great time camping out and travelling through areas I never knew about and met lots of interesting people in our group. This was my 4th trip on one of Dave's tours and won't be the last. I definitely recommend going on a Redtrack Tour as a way of seeing the remote parts of the State with an expert guide and great group. Ideal for someone just starting out camping/4 wheel driving, or the seasoned traveler. Always something new to learn and see.

My family and I had an amazing experience with a hire trailer from Camper Trailer’s WA.
Everything worked fantastic and was of the highest construction quality. We even had the canvas tent construction “tested” with a solid rain event near Geraldton with no leaks whatsoever. The unsealed corrugated roads on our way up to Quobba Station were easily managed and towed. No dust was found in the tent during setup after driving many hours showing the quality of the sealed area.

We hired a camper trailer off Dave to travel along the Gibb River Road. Dave was amazing, the briefing on how to operate the camper was thorough and very entertaining. He threw in lots of additional camping accessories that enhanced our camping comfort. Plenty of practical and incredibly useful advice. Nothing was a problem, Dave could not have helped us more. The camper itself was awesome, fully serviced, towed beautifully and never missed a beat. Campers are very easy to operate and easy to tow. Have great storage, plenty of room, very comfy bed and great kitchen facilities.
This is the first time we have hired a camper and have already booked the next adventure.

Our 10 day Karajini National Park tour this month (September) with Redtrack Tours was one of the best adventures we’ve ever had. We highly recommend it. We could not have had a more enthusiastic, experienced and all-round great tour leader than Dave Goulding. His research and knowledge of the country over many years came through at all levels. He has a strong passion for the great outdoors and for generous sharing of this with others. We drove in a 10 car and camper trailer convoy. Dave prioritises road safety. We stayed at stations and spectacular locations, trekked and swam in some gorges. The days were energetic but no- one was pushed beyond their capabilities. We met great fellow travellers and had plenty of laughs along the way. Dave promotes an easy going fun vibe. Children are welcome and very much included.
Thanks to Matt who co- piloted with Dave and was always there to lend a hand or advise. Bravo to “Tail-end Charlie” Helmut,
for his work following the convoy, and also for his sausage and sauerkraut night!
For our first camper trailer trip we hired one of Dave’s. We found it to be very comfortable and well laid out, and with instruction easy to operate. Dave Goulding has designed and modified them over many years to match Australian conditions.

We hired a Eureka camper trailer for a two week trip to the Pilbara. The trailer is solidly built and performed flawlessly, on everything from Highway to remote travel, river crossings, camping, etc. As first time hirers, the information session was invaluable and the handover and backup service first class. Overall, an excellent experience and fair pricing delivered by reliable small business operators who do what they say. Highly recommended.

We hired a Eureka camper off Dave and the crew for our Gibb River Road trip in 2022. The Gibb is notorious for being very rough, but this trailer handled everything that we threw at it. Corrugations, river crossings, sand, dust (endless dust), you name it. The Gibb was so corrugated that it wore the paint off our coke cans. But the trailer didn't miss a beat. If you're after a solid, dependable trailer, then this is what you're looking for. And Dave and the crew are very willing to help, and are super friendly to deal with.

The camper trailers are tough as nails, comfortable and easy to setup. Took us over some very rough roads with not a single issue!

Over the years I have pulled many campers up and down the east coast, including a few stints to Fraser, Moreton Island and the Vic high country. These campers are by far the best I have used, well built and simple, perfect for Australian conditions. Will be using them again over the coming years. Well done Dave!

Wow, that is the only word that can describe our experience with Redtrack Tours and Camper Trailers WA. After attending an informative briefing and being shown how to operate a camper trailer we were off on a tag-a-long tour with David Goulding (and Helen) to Pemberly in the south west of WA near Pemberton.
David is bountiful in his experience and his stories, and he was always on hand for advice about how to handle the camper, drive on sand or gravel, or to take in the views. Nothing was rushed or too difficult for David and that made our adventure even more relaxing and fun. Fellowship around evening campfires, a bbq, a pizza night, and a wine tasting event all rounded off our fabulous journey of discovery.
So good we are booked on David’s next tag-a-log tour. Brilliant! We are keen to share David’s love of the bush and road and his “Living the Dream”.

My family and I had a great trip away with a hire camper trailer - we hired the Cavalier soft floor, which suited us very well. Booking the trailer was simple, pick up and drop off was hassle-free. Setting up the trailer and annex was also easy, and all the equipment is tried and tested! The team give a great and easy to follow briefing at the start on how it all works and fits together.

Cant recommend Dave & Gareth enough, we hired a Eureka camper trailer to go across to Alice Springs along the Great Central Road and the camper handled it beautifully not a single problem.
