Campbells reviews
28Yeah the stores great. I go there a lot for stock for the vending machines that I do from time to time. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.
Friendly helpful staff. Also takes awhile to check out what they sell. More variety than the normal supermarket. Though you do need to know your prices to shop there.
This place is disgusting, I saw a rat run across my feet this morning. Horrible staff don’t help, when all I asked is for assistance with frozen chicken nuggets had to crawl to get them. Poorly cleaned. Never shopping here again, and I recommend others do to.
Great range of products and staff always helpful. Was able to get some lines I haven't been able to get anywhere. Easy parking and good location in Balcatta
If there was no stars, I'd give that today. After being served by a lady who thought we were being rude to her because she was having a bad day, who thinks she can 'ban' us from shopping there, that gives her the rights to compromise our business. Poor customer service. In fact, there is no customer service there
Very very bed service staff. Mostly old lady
In payment counter, they extra charge Amex and
Master, visa cards
Store is so big but this very same not except all cards
With plenty of parking and easy to get to, not to mention a discount for RAC members, there's really no reason not to stock up at wholesale volumes and prices. We bulk up on paper products for our business and dont need to shop again for 4 to 6 months!
Always a great place to get things we need for our Restaurant. Time 4 Thai Currambine. The staff at Campbells are very friendly and helpful.thx guyz.
Super store, super set-up, super stock and super staff willing to help you out (unless you want to get lost and/or get in those extra steps thinking you know which aisle that product is in!). Enjoy.and don't get 'lost' for too long in the lollies or snacks aisles!
Has ok prices on a few items, such as meat. The rest of the items are average price at best. Staff have serious service issues, online ordering is terrible, difficult to navigate and lacks pictures so you can see what you are buying. Deliveries are often wrong and require days of following up to rectify.
Still a good place to shop but a lot of items missing from the shelves. It will be perfect if you would find a way to check the stock online before you drive there. A bit annoyed that i have been four times for some catering size Nutella with no luck.
An American warehouse type club store without any of the charm, cleanliness or quality.
An offshoot of IGA with little to recommend it except slightly lower prices. Great if you want to buy junk food or in quantity composted to Coles, Woolies or IGA.
The poor service, quality and lack of charm will guarantee Costco a long run here in Perth. The place is rarely busy and caters to convenience stores.
How empty the parking lot is (and it's not a large lot) should tell you of this places future.
They should not deserve 1 star.never even see so terrible service.
I ordered two times online.
They did send wrong item at first time and even lack one item at the second time.when I try to send the mail which supplied on the invoice to them, I never get a response. They even did not check the mail supplied on the tax invoice.finally they checked the mail until I called them.very terrible service.
You need to stop RAC cards being used during this virus scare so businesses can get stock! Will change to 5 star if this happens.
I have been going here for years and I have found that the prices are not necessarily cheaper than Coles, Woolworths or Big W (even bulk toilet paper!). You really need to know what the supermarket prices are. Bulk catering goods have always been where the savings are. The general retail range has really been reduced in the last 6 to 12 months, so some things that you can buy at the supermarkets are no longer available. The staff are always super helpful and friendly and parking is easy.
If there was 0 stars, that would rate my experience today.
Not much cheaper and very bad customer service.
Got ripped off at checkout as the person could not find the money that was dropped in the cash register area.
Better off going to another retailer.
Last week we bought some stuff for restaurant with some cheap milk. But checkout guy charge more rather then actual prize. We called same day and reception said we noted for credit. But when next time we ask for credit.firstly reception said we don’t have any credit details.second reception said on that date we didn’t put on cheap prize. It’s totally blunders staff even they don’t have records which dates they discounted the things. It’s not matter of one or two dollars it’s matters of policy. Which is totally understandable.
I understand customer service can be hard, dealing with different personalities and what not, however when you have had a bad experience with a customer, then I come to pay and you treat me with the same attitude you were provoked with from the previous customer, its pretty sad. I try be polite, ask how they are but their issue with the previous customer gets passed on which is pretty pathetic in this industry. If you cant handle the hard part, which is staying friendly no matter how horrible the customer could be, you are not going to make it far at all. I have never hated going to a place so much as I do now, the feeling that your employees (at the front counter) put on you is just sad and draining. If I could rate it 0 stars I would just based on customer service.
From bulk dipping to restaurant single serve sauces they have it.the staff are absolutely wonder full and they offer a wide variety of stuff. Although i must say that the prices offered are quite expensive, especially when compared to a Woolworth, some products are cheaper but really 25 kg of salt for only a few cents off, the stuff is usually more expensive then a Woolworth or same.the frozen chips though breaks the exception those a really cheap
Staff & management there are helpful in there situation of a skeleton roster. Campbells needs to concentrate on the food industry seems to be catering more and more towards house shopping. Not consistent with there stock levels. They dont keep it well stocked and is very hard to do a menu when out of half the items all the time. (usually have the stock in big coolroom but can't get yourself and have to wait till someone can get it for you) Most restaurateurs are time poor so is not convenient, especially on weekends when there floor staff are mostly 15 & 16 and are not educated in different items.
Specials are mostly sugar or junk food and most of time big supermarkets have those things at half price. Real food on special would go a long way. Also there trolleys are so bad its like they have been picked up from a junk heap. (Food gets placed in these Campbell's) we need a place like Campbell's its a shame to see it like it is when only a few years ago it was the go to place. Note: I have only been to there Balcatta store. Sorry Campbells but your customer feedback system has not generated any response from you so why have it?
