Camp Grace reviews
15 Arrived early and went to the office to see if we could book in. The sign on the door stated times so we didn’t knock, try the door or ring the contact number, as we walked away the caretaker came out ranting and raving in a very nasty manner accusing us of all sorts of things so I said I’d leave and come back later. He kept at it and I was just about to tell him to stick it when he became almost sociable,
A very strange man.
He never bothered us after that.
It’s a lovely place but the renovated shower block is a disaster, the showers have no fall on the new floors and water runs everywhere so your standing in next doors “water”.
After a couple of days they put rubber mats down but it’s stuffed, a real failure.
We paid 25 AUD for an unpowed parking space. The campsite is green and clean. However, the sanitary facilities were dirty. It is also very loud at night from the main road. The beach is very nice and right next to the campsite.
Beautiful camp-site with amazing caretakers and facilities. Stunning ocean views. Loved camping here as a kid, now I enjoy Camp Grace with my children.
It is wonderful right on the beach lots of beautiful shade good walks really friendly people loving it
Pleasant camping experience with my family. The caretaker was polite and friendly. There was someone who was occupying our supposed to be space but luckily there was an empty spot for us to camp. Small hiccups. The place was clean and quiet. Recommended
Great spot for a stop off- we caught an amazing sunset at the beach! $24 for two people/ 1 night not bad at all.toilets and kitchen area were clean. New guy working there (Pete I think) was super friendly and accommodating as we called in last minute.
Amazing camp site. Right in front of the beach. Clean toilets, nice shower and kitchen! Great value for the price! Would definitely recommend it.
Cant get any closer to the amazing beach
Facilities clean, practical, basic.
Caretakers super friendly and accommodating.
Perfect distance from Busselton 12km and Dunsborough 17km for a relaxing or hard bike ride on the brilliant bike paths along the ocean.
What a beautiful spot to camp or caravan less than 100 metres to beach and fishing its work in progress but love it
Chilled atmosphere with all your basic needs. Green grass and direct access to the beach. Friendly caretaker. Affordable pricing.
Only there as a guest for a day. Camp Grace is well maintained in a private area while also quiet with immediate access to the beach. Would definitely stay at this place if required accommodation in Vasse.
Showers limited to 3 minutes, abrupt signage and to top it off no hot water because the gas bottles had been left empty by the caretaker. Also there was
a sign on his door saying "closed Sundays" This has to have been the most unwelcoming site we have stayed on, in an otherwise fantastic visit to Western Australia
Unfortunately I just called this campsite at 8: 32 on. Friday night I expectable answer machine I wish i had gotten the machine
A man answered and asked ‘did you have to call on a Friday night at this time, I replied I thought it would be open he said ‘Why’ and I think your Rude for calling and no we don’t have accomodation on your dates and I don’t run a motel! Then proceeded to Rant about how rude I am for calling, I hung up!
Realy just install an answer machine or have messenger or a better inquiry form on your web page so customers can leave details I work 6 days a week run a business as well and would never speak to some one like that
Being so near the beach is lovely. There is power, water and an amenities block for showering, toilet and laundering. The caravan space we have has shady trees on a sandy site. Drive slowly to the left at the fork once on the property to find the office.
