Caltex Woolworths Southern River reviews
20Good fuel and the price is often good. Staff are friendly. Often check air in tires as it is convenient also a car wash next to it.
Shop has decent servo range.
Has good working air pump.
Conveniently located next to car wash and vacuum place.
Just went in as a usual customer. Bloke behind the counter is an absolutely rude to me.
Jack/Jake I believe his name is - incredibly bad service and terrible attitude.
Don’t have the courtesy to share video footage to police when a fraudulent transaction happened at this store last month.
Obviously you didn’t have anything to loose.
I even called your store and informed but was rudely told that video footage will only be shared with police once requested, however when WA Police asked for it you simply kept ignoring and later said tape no longer exist.
Not sure if your business intend to helps the community or thieves.
Nice friendly staff and not usually that busy, it also has a good car wash and a good steamcleaner
Tuesdays have been the "cheaper fuel day" for sometime when changed from Mondays. Of late, they have had Wednesdays cheaper than Tuesdays and their Pump #1 is blocked off on these days - very annoying especially when it's so crowded. Their reason being that there are no cameras on this pump. Install one then! Grrr! Have stopped patronising this service station!
I like how it very cheap on Tuesdays, also we can use our woolies rewards card to get further discounts.
However, when its really crowded, it causes traffic jam on the road which could be dangerous for other drivers who aren't queuing up for fuel, because the speed limit over there is 70 km/hr.
Staff are arrogant and extremely unhelpful, would not give change for $5 instead insisting on purchasing more stuff to end up with change, I will NEVER be going back here, I suggest you do the same, absolutely ridiculous.
What can I say, i have a woolworth's card and i use the discount vouchers. It's a petrol station and it provides petrol. The staff are very friendly and curtious.
Not the most fast moving ques due to only single pump per column and far too many entry points making it a chaos to line up and an absolute maze to exit through.
They say they are doing their bit for prevention of COVID19, Yet when l filled the car with fuel l tried 3 of their hand sanitizers all empty. Used my own in the end
This is one of the best petrol station i know which has the lowest price for fuel which today itself was 1.15 $. Sometimes the price rises but it eventually drops to the lowest every week.
Lovely night staff, especially on Tuesday nights. Really clean and the store is neat and organised.
Great petrol station with competitive rates through the week. Very busy some day. Good staff as well.
I prefer this to Amherst even when Amherst is cheaper as there are more browsers and the queue when it gets bad is not as dangerous than Amherst. Regardless, some drivers must stick to browsers on their side of the petrol tank and this us what causes jams. If they just pull the hose over to car parked slightly closer to pump, they'd be able to queue up more efficiently.
Definitely prefer this Woolies petrol station to the Woolies one on Nicholson Road. Sure it gets busy but it's better laid out so you can wait safely without fear of someone trying to sneak in front of you.
It can get quite crowded on Mondays.
Make your petrol the same price every day. Start looking after the customers and stop trying to piss us off 6 days a week.
Place is a pain to get in and out of especially if people are lining up to wash their car instead of getting fuel and vice versa.
It could be my timing, but there wasn't a long line of cars despite the ULP being much cheaper at 121 than elsewhere. (130s and even 140s)
