Terrible service every time - try to avoid this store and find one with decent customer service

Staff are nice, however signs saying that they don't accept giftcards should be head height so people can see them clearer. Absolutely ridiculous that they're now ampol but don't accept the gift cards

I only use them as a last resort.
Generally speaking, they are a bit more expensive but can have some cheaper options. They have a good range of vegetables but don't find their store layout too easy to navigate.

The pump closest to the forum constantly cuts out if you even put a little pressure on the trigger. Now there is only one day per FORTNIGHT you can get petrol at a reasonable price and this morning the entrances were barricaded while readings were being taken by the attendant and we had to go somewhere else.

Its a petrol station. Whats to like, it doesnt even have a view.haha. It does look like it's going through a reno, so it will be a shiny new petrol station soonish i expect. But still basically a petrol station.

Dont order uber eats from here! They will charge you full price and not send you everything! They dont refund it and just expect everything to be okay.

Went in to get fuel and yes fuel was under $1 but they refused to give rewards discounts unlike all other woolworths Caltex. Sounds like your trying to save as much money as possible while we pay the extra

The new Forum car parks and entrance and exits to the businesses outside (eg Caltex, Macas and HJs) is a bit of a nightmare if you don't know all the changes. I've been there quite a few times and I still get confused. Caltex is a good station with friendly staff. They sell gas which a lot of new stations don't.

A regular petrol station not much special about it but no complaints or holdups and thats the main thing

The entire entry and access to this place is a nightmare, be careful of invisible lane islands in the parking area and be sure to watch out for one way access. Some parking engineer should be fired for this one. Also Caltex website did not like my email address in their contact form and the staff failed to put all the items i asked for in my bag.all in all i suggest choosing the BP further up the road.
