This is a small service station which opens for business at 7 am. Due to the design of the forecourt cars enter from the shop end of the driveway and exit into the carpark at Douro Road. Unfortunately chaos can ensue when some drivers enter via the exit, fill up facing the wrong way, thereby preventing queued drivers from accessing their pump the correct way. Some painted arrows would perhaps direct these drivers to the correct way in. If you are hoping to fill your tyres from the air station I must report that on every occasion that I have tried, the nozzle is broken and will not latch on due to being run over and bent. The station does not carry a spare hose.

This petrol station was actually called Ampol.
I have never experienced such unfriendly service at a petrol station, which is why I want to write this review. This afternoon, around 4.15pm. My husband filled up, I only did the assistance work as a passenger: first dispose of deposit bottles.
Since both recycling containers were locked, I put the deposit bottles next to them in milk crates. Within a second there was an unfriendly loudspeaker announcement from a female employee: "This is not a rubbish bin. " Yeah, sure, I saw that too. But why are the respective containers locked? Be glad that I separate the recycling waste.

I then cleaned the windscreen. I hadn't quite finished when the employee announced again over her loudspeakers: "You have used the waterbucket long enough. Your time is up, please put the bucket back. " What? It didn't take me very long, and there was no one else at the petrol station who wanted to use the bucket.

Sure, it's just a petrol station and there's a shortage of staff everywhere. But THIS EMPLOYEE MUST BE TRAINED OR CONTROLLED IN CUSTOMER HANDLING.

Great prices and very friendly service, but one star deducted because of a terribly small forecourt which is very hard to get in and out of!

The big girl with the long pony tail is rude and has the biggest mouth going. Yelled at an old lady to get her bag off the counter. Calm down love you run a hole in a wall.no need to take your position so seriously unless you need those little power trips to boost your self esteem

Great service, Friday night had a flat battery. The young girl after finishing work drove past me in the carpark and could see we were stranded so stopped to help us jump start our car. Had one happy wife and child who were grateful to get home after a busy day/night.

This is our local station and we will continue to return due to the outstanding customer service we receive during and after business hours consistently. Thank you staff at South Fremantle Caltex

Caroline Was EXTREMELY RUDE Showing A Very Inconsiderate and Unprofessional Attitude Towards Tourists Who, Being Unfamiliar With The Area, Entered the Wrong Way, Apparently, Not Sighting The Very Small and Hidden Behind Parked Cars, Signage Then Refusing To Turn Fuel Pump On Until I Went To Counter, So She Could 'Reprimand' Me Like A Small Child In Front Of Other Customers. I Was Then Held Up For A Time Until She Had Finished Her Mother Like Tantrum And Switched Pump On. I Then Had to Return To Counter And, Embarrassing, Face Caroline And A New Group Of Customers While She Again Reminded Me, Like A Naughty Little Child, That I Had Entered The Wrong Way. Caroline Should Not Be Working In Customer Service If She Is Unable To Show Understanding and Compassion For People Visiting Her Hometown From Interstate Who Innocently Made An Error And Reprimand Them Like Children Causing Extreme and Unnecessary Embarrassment. And In Doing So Holding Up The Line, Those Waiting To Get Fuel, For Some Time While She Did So!
A Huge Turn Off For Your City Caroline and For Caltex! Not Such A Good Impression or Representative For Caltex or Woolworths!

Woolworths in general is good, but this Woolworths is great. It's clean and the staffs are friendly!

Extremely hard to access service station at the best of times. Very poor access to both Hampton Road and Douro Road.
