Caltex Jurien Bay

We drove from Perth going to Kalbarri This Saturday morning 1.00AM and stopped for fuel, The servo Lady asked us to pre pay which was fine but my husband didn’t know how much it was going to be to fill up (He likes to fill up all the way we were half a tank of a 180L tank) So he said to her I don’t know how much it will be so the attendant said can you leave your phone with me and you can fill up so he did with no problem (IPhone 13 Pro Max by the way and we all know how much they are)
So he filled up went to pay during that time her husband came staring at my husband and cops came while we were driving out and pulled us over just down the street for a random breath test and I asked the lady cop was the lady scared of us or something why did she call the cops for the cop said no just a random breath test! Yeah Right I’m not stupid my husband is big and black but a gentle giant but the attendant obviously is very racist SO THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY HUSBAND FEEL LIKE A CRIMINAL You lady who ever you are should be ashamed of yourself and you shouldn’t be in that job.

My sister lives in geraldton so every time we drive up from perth we usually stop here for lunch all is good until we went there on Sunday (yesterday), there was a lady making burgers and because my niece only eats meat and cheese she tried to tell us that it’s better with all and then walked off with a disgusted face
she came out and gave us the dirtiest look like why get a job there making burgers if you can’t even change one for my 9 year old niece honestly disgusting other than that service is always good

Old lady who does the late night shift was awfully rude. Just passed through at 12am needing some water and a bathroom before continuing driving to Geraldton, but she turned us away and just stared us down the whole time we were there. Was not willing to sell us any water or anything else for the trip to Gero late at night. Would not recommend

The electric car fast charge service has been crucial to those travelling between Perth and Geraldton. Many thanks for the indispensable service provided - it has served us well up until the WAEV network is up and running.

All the staff were absolutely wonderful. I spent a few weeks up there for work. Every day, not matter what time it was. I was greeted with a friendly face and a genuine quick chat.

Turned up at 10: 45pm to use the Tesla charger on my way from Perth to Geraldton. Was told by the guy behind the counter that he doesn’t know how to turn the generator on and his manager said for some reason they don’t use it at night.

Now stuck in Jurien.

We never get fuel here its so pricey. We use the toilets, get refreshments/snacks and continue our drive. Staff are friendly enough.

Old lady who drives red car and usually does the early morning shift is extremely rude and abrupt. No manners or people skills. Food was poor which just added to the extremely poor service on her behalf. Had to use this servo all the time but not sure that I will be again

We arrived there late night to fill up, had a good chat with the friendly and humorous staff.
Definitely the cleanest servo toilets up that way! Thank you.

The manager of this place believes he is above the law and acts like he has power he does not. Avoid it if possible.

The worst customer service, food is rubbish I'm surprised no-one has been hospitalized with food poisoning.

Many thanks for operating the EV fast charger. Opens up trips for electric vehicle owners that would not be possible otherwise. Added bonus points for running off used fryer oil!

It might be located in a small town but it has some cracking prices for fuel. Some as low as 140 on a good day.

Great food, the sunday roast beef meal is absolutely top notch, just had one and it was big and fckn DELICIOUS:) :) :), theres a Subway there too,

Clean toilets! Great customer service!
Stopped here after having a horrible experience at the metro service station.

A very welcome stop to refuel & stick up on food & drinks.the coffee was enormously welcome at that time of the day!

Just a normal servo. Buy petrol at the pumps, and/or maybe some over priced junk food in the store too.

Clean, not to backed up with cars. Clearly numbered. Happy staff. Price was good for fuel. Food looked yummy. Well stocked.

Just anothet toadhouse type servo but very friendly staff and good selection of food, fuel competitivly priced.

Nice clean place with lots of different stuff for you to buy if you need anything.
Has a Subway in house, and some chicken, chips and other hot food, but I liked it better when it had a cafe style eatery, which made the best sausage rolls ever.
