Rude service with food. Staff ignore you and have no manners. Never ever in my life have I seen such bad customer service. Especially the Maori girl serving who doesn't know thank you
I've always start my day with a feed from Rouse Cafe, the food is always fresh, steak burgers are the best and the coffee is pretty good too, all up it is good value.
I went to this Caltex site to fuel up today as they have ULP for $109.9 per litre. First thing I noticed was the driveway was empty of other cars. Cheap fuel to be had, so why the empty driveway?
Well, it's simple once you know why.
The fuel station itself is an unattended site. Picking nozzle up will not start the pump. It's a prepaid site only by credit card.
There was no signage up telling you of this fact. There are 2 parts to the station, 1 part is for the big rigs to fuel up their tanks. Then you have the smaller area outside the cafe for cars and SUVs to fuel up.
Would have been nice to know that the site is a prepaid credit card before i entered the site. See photos.
Every time we travel from North Port to Rottnest we stop here for breakfast. Staff always pleasant and the Cafe is awesome. They make us the best Omelette every time. Coffee is great too.
The pump payment system isn't clearly signed at all. So you end up walking in and out again before you can start filling. It's very difficult to drive out of. Staff nice. But designed badly.
Awesome Caltex / Cafe on the start of the road out to the North Mole. Out door picnic area, excellent cafe with large dining area. Food and coffee are excellent, and the fuelling area is well setup catering for both regular and larger vehicles / trucks
